Dossett Big 4 and it's team made car buying so much fun!! - My new Buick Encore
This was my first time ever to deal with Dossett Big 4. Everyone there was so helpful and polite. As soon as I walked through the door my salesman, David Leatherwood, was so courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying. Mr. Dosssett even made a point to talk with me and thank me for choosing his dealership. From the test drive to the financing, I could not have asked for nicer people to deal with. I would definitely recommend Dosset Big 4 and salesman David Leatherwood if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I went to this busness to get an estimate to repair my car. The written estimate was approx $1200.00. A couple of months later I called and verified that my estimate was still good, to which I was told "yes". I then brought my car in for the repair,with my estimate from them ( barnes crossing). I also brought in with me a check from my insurance company for approx $800.00 which I signed the back and gave to them. When I came back to pick up my car. I was told I owed the business $1000.00. I am looking at my estimate from them $1200.00 minus $800.00 , I should owe $400.00 to them. They tell me 1. we have a contractual obligation to charge what the insurance company estimates the damage at. -- I called my insurance company and discussed this with them. I found this totally untrue. My insurance company estimated the repair at $1800.00. Minus my $1000.00 deductible, they cut me a chech for $800.00. I didnt even have to get the vehicle repaired if I had chosen not to. Barnes crossing gave me an estimate for $1200.00 to repair my vehicle, they then went up to $1800.00 for the repair to match the insurance company estimate. They never discussed the price increase with me. there fore the "contractual obligation" was a lie. 2. They claim the insurance company "required" them to match their estimate. -- with no contract what exactly is "required". another lie 3. Barnes Crossing told me that the guy that done the estimate didnt even work there anymore, Im thinking, whay doest that matter. The employee was an agent of the company, anyway I called to verify that my estimate was still good, which I was told "yes". 4. Was my original estimate to accurately repair my car? this should have been a valid, profitable estimate for the company. They only changed the price to match some elses estimate. They Stole $600.00 from me, Totally would not let me have my car until I paid the inflated bill. which was only discussed with me when I came to pick up my car. This is unethical, and I consider it theft.

switched trucks - C5 vette
Not only did i not get the 8K discount on the truck.They switched trucks on me.Who would have thought that they had 3 of the exact same trucks on the lot.This truck looks like a special edition truck says elevation on the side not siarra and everything painted with black 20" wheels. This was a 2018 the salesman said the reason for the discount was it was a demo truck and trying to get rid of the 2018 models.I did not decide to buy the truck until the next day.So the next day i called them to tell them i would take the truck so while driving home i noticed the truck had about 1200 miles more on it than i remembered the day before.Thinking i could be wrong just went on home.It was not until i looked at the paperwork that i noticed i did not get the price they told me.So i went on the website to look up the truck.That's when i seen 3 of the exact same trucks.I still thought it was the same trucks just pictured 3 times.It was not until i was looking for the vin# to give to my insurance company.that's when i went back to the website and bam 3 different vin #'s .So not only did i get a truck with more miles on it i am looking at the truck and there are deep scratches all throughout the bed of the truck.So basically the dealer gave me the worst of the 3 trucks and screwed me on the price.I know the truck i drove did not have deep scratches all through the bed There is no doubt in my mind i did not get the truck that i test drove.That is flat out low down dirty dealing right there folks!!!!!

If I could give this delarship 0 stars I would. Jeff Smith is a joke and runs a jungle gym of lying employees. He’s running a scam program. He tells his finance managers to con people out of money. The bank may approve you for 2.5 percent for 60 months. However the managers sign you up for 10-15% for 72 mos and profit this extra money. He even tells his employees to purposely not work on a paying customers vehicles simply because he doesn’t like someone or something. Take your hard earned money to a place that appreciates it. BBB reports have been filed and I’ll never use this con man again.

Took my car in for check engine light next day it was on again took it back July 30 it’s now August 21 and I still do not have my car back and my service advisor Maggie could car less. She told me she would keep me updated and that was a bold face lie. After contacting GMC the part was finally located but days later my car is still just sitting at Skinners in Terry Ms.

The mission statement in the "About Us" section in their website clearly slanders: "Good credit, bad credit, no credit, or if you're just a first time buyer please come see us today!" Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

I recently went to another dealership in Tennessee and they excessively ran my credit score down by 100 points. We needed a second car to get around and Dannie Sanders did an awesome job at finding me beyond what I wanted. I'm purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in which I love. I got approved within a day and knew exactly what was what. The Finance manager Holly offered me everything I needed and the paperwork was the fastest process I have ever experienced in my 20 years of driving. The owner Mike worked with me to make sure i received everything that I needed and wanted. Even after I made the purchase I received a goodie box filled with a thank you card, cookies and Triple M coffee mugs. I have never had this experience ever with any other dealership. This is by far the greatest I've ever had. I will definitely be back to purchase all of my vehicles from them.
