They were very polite and helpful. They didn’t do anything without checking with me first. I would return to have them service my car.

Kevin did a fantastic job on my car and returned it to me perfectly. Jessica was bubbly and very helpful. Shuttle driver A’drian was quick to get me where I needed to be, great conversation and safe travel. Would come back again.

Long Review Here, but the TL;DR: I dealt with an incredibly rude; high-pressure salesperson who insulted my intelligence and didn't follow COVID protocols. Also, the place didn't have the car I was scheduled to drive, even with the understanding that it would be there to test.
By far, this was the worst experience I've ever had a car dealership. The person who scheduled the test drive was super nice and understandable. Unfortunately, she was not the person I got as a representative.
I got someone who, immediately after sitting down, asked me if I was going to be driving away in a new car today. I politely told him I was just wanting a test drive, but I was very interested in a Mazda3 they had and if it all checked out, I'd definitely buy it and give him the sale. His disposition immediately changed to him being angry and
I told him I needed to talk it over with my girlfriend (who he would repeatedly refer to as "My girl" as the conversation went on) because we're on a tight budget. He would jump back and forth between "This is Black Friday - our deals are crazy right now. You don't want a deal!?" and "Do you really need to talk it over with your girl?" It didn't matter how many times I said no, he'd go back to it.
After a few go-rounds, he gave up and said "Okay, let's check out the car." We find it on the site and he tells me he's going to get the keys. He goes into I assume the managers office where salespeople are constantly going into, taking off their masks, talking and then coming back out on the floor. Don't be fooled by the mask restrictions, they don't really care to follow that.
He comes back and tells me that they don't have the car I was scheduled to test drive, despite that being specified with the schedule person that it was the sole reason I was coming to this dealership (If you're going, which I don't suggest, be sure the vehicle will be there).
To make it worth my time, I test drive a different car, which was fine. I drove it for about 10 minutes to get a good feel for it and drove it back.
When I arrived, the salesperson was outside, in close proximity with several other employees, all maskless. He yells at me "With all that time you took, I thought you were picking up your girl so we could make a deal."
He then asked me to rate the car out of 10 and I say a 6 or 7. He replied "You took that long to drive it and it's just a 6 or a 7?" Once again, this was not the car I was interested in getting. I just wanted to test drive something because I had already driven 40 minutes for a car that wasn't there.
Once he knows he's not getting a deal, he gets mad, pulls down his mask about two feet away from me and says: "Next time you come here, you better do your research. You better bring your girl and you better be ready to know what you want to buy." I ask him if the dealership will be ready to have the car I was supposed to drive. He took the keys and walked away.
It was the most insulting sales experience I've ever had and I've dealt with awful people. By far, the most unprepared and unprofessional dealership I've ever visited. If you care for your health, money or general sense of self, go somewhere else.

The sales manager was really helpful and nice. Got a great deal on my new Mazda cx 5 on Tuesday. I’m very happy. All my cars are bought from this dealership. I also love the lifetime car wash that goes with the car. Amzn
Will always go back - rritter1290
We've bought three different vehicles from Bening Mazda, and the sales and service crews have always gone above and beyond for us! I always felt well informed on our purchases and when we bring our vehicles in for service they are quick and efficient. We will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family!
World Class Experience - Rebecca PH
Husband and I were blown away with our experience. From good music to friendly staff, they all seemed to genuinely care about us. Don Taylor was top notch and Katie and Jasmine Heitz were very helpful. Austin, the GM was very aware we had been there for awhile and even bought us a sandwich down the street, even remembered no onions. lol. Sending my brother there soon to hopefully buy. Thanks y'all.

I just purchased my third car from Northtowne Mazda. My family has purchased many more cars from them too. They never disappoint! I always work with Tom and Jason. They always go above & beyond! They provide great knowledge and service. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car from anywhere or anyone else. I trust them and value their expertise and opinion! Tim (the finance guy) also goes over the paperwork diligently. He takes his time and explains everything, which I really like. My stepdad is also a mechanic and he loves Northtowne Mazda! Highly recommend!
Used car in shop a week after purchase - Jeff
A week after buying a used car that was run through their shop, I had a flat tire and oxygen sensor that was bad. I was told by my salesman that he would take care of it, but after dropping it off, they first tried to make me pay full price and now they want me to pay half. I have refused and Scott in service is not helpful and condescending. I realize I bought it as is, but I expect after buying a car from a respectable car dealership, that my car won't be in the shop, and or they will be willing to make the situation right. Just bad business in my opinion. Made a great car buying experience into a horrible one. I will never go there again or recommend them.
Abuse of the disabled. - Hosankii
I negotiated a sale online. I drove 1.5hrs to your dealership. Beforehand I mentioned I was disabled and had trouble walking. MULTIPLE TIMES VERBALLY AND BY TEXT. THEY UNDERSTOOD BEFOREHAND. I arrived. They led me up and down the stairs when I arrived anyway. You think they could have tried to keep the work all on the same floor, but noooo. I did not even complain then. No one without a disability can be perfect. I get that. I had arranged for a test drive and buy a car I never seen before in person. No one mentioned it was hail damaged online or over the phone. It was not mentioned online. I asked the finance officer about it after he mentioned gap insurance can protect me if hail damage totals my car when it comes to insurance. I tried to ask him about it and he said: "let's finish up this paperwork and you can ask the sales manager about it." When I asked about it, the sales manager told me it was an inexpensive repair. He offered me $250 dollars would cover it after I bought it and offered me a check, and told me I could even turn it on my insurance. He pressured me hard to commit insurance fraud. GAVE me his business card and walked off. My ride to the dealership had thought I bought a car and said goodbye in my chaos and left already. I was left with my hands full to try to get my insurance company to cover my car. I was afraid to leave. I suffer from depression and anxiety. My legs were swelling from my edema and club food. I did not know what to do so I added the car to my insurance. I left the lot about 6 blocks away. I called my sister. She advocated for me about what was going on. She mentioned to the sales manager he committed fraud. He cut her off and said I could pick another vehicle for the same price or I could undo the deal. I could not trust them at that point. I was sick to my stomach and scared. I returned the car. He said he would shred the paperwork. He could not provide a document stating the sale was void. I walked in the midst of rain in the evening, by myself. It was 30 degrees outside. I did not know where to go. I limped literally limped about two blocks across a four-lane road that was extremely busy with no crosswalk to get out of the cold at a restaurant. That is how I walk in the early afternoon when my swelling starts, but now it is evening. This is when I could get blood clots if I am not careful. I have had nothing to eat, my clothes are damp, and I am alone in a part of St. Lous I have never been. I was like this for nearly 2hrs. They took advantage of Me. A disabled person, in visible discomfort, manipulated them into buying a severe hail damaged car with high-pressure aggressive sales tactics. Berated him saying he backed out on a deal like a piece of filth. Leered at him. This is why you should NEVER buy from Bommarito Automotive group. They are an abusive group of people. Never in my life have I been so disrespected and I never have gone out of my way even asking for it. I just get equal respect.
I'd list all there names with this but they do not even bother leaving the preowned team names on the website including the real ones. I never saw any of those people there.
I sent this to their customer service via a reply to an email and this was their exact reply.
We do not have stairs. I think you have the wrong store.
Great Experience - Tony96
Great Experience, friendly and courteous staff, as soon as you walk in the door you were greeted and not rushed into something you don't want or can't afford. Provided up to date information and even searched the web for similar trucks to make sure I was getting the best price, if they don't have it, they can find it and get it for you.
