Pretty great. Really! - Shari in StC
Honestly, the best "buying a new car" experience I've ever had. I came in a month before I actually bought the car and drove one (still in the decision making process). Came in a few weeks later and drove one again (still trying to sell my current car). Mark was awesome through the whole experience - answering all my weird questions, listening to my needs/concerns and even offering me advice on selling my car. He was patient and understanding and real. I appreciated that, A LOT! He even drove to a sister dealership during rush hour in the rain and brought me back the exact car and color I wanted. Adam was awesome too, although I dealt with him a bit less. He made the whole deal quick and easy and understandable. Thanks for keeping it real, you guys! Have already recommended you to folks!
Couldn’t have been easier - LoyalMazdaFamily
Made the appointment for the time I wanted, was greeted by the friendly staff who immediately got my car on the shop, and I waited in the comfortable guest area. The work was completed faster than promised and for the cost quoted. What more could I want?
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! - Equinox1
Dale Mercer helped me Purchase a Preowned SUV. He was pleasant, humorous and easy to deal with! I would recommend Dale and his Manager, Austin Duree to any one in the vehicle market! No one likes "the process" of buying a vehicle, they make it tolerable, ALMOST enjoyable!!!
Men Of Their Word - stular
I have bought cars for many years and this had to be one of the most easiest purchase. The sales staff were great. The Manager was upfront and worked with me. Then when I got to the finance it went so smooth. What was promised to me was delivered on time and more. Will be coming back here if I need to purchase another vehicle. Its nice to see men stand behind what they say these days. And a GOOD FIRM HANDSHAKE can still seal a deal. Thanks
always truthful considerate service. - twoand4
Reviews of auto dealership service departments should cover just a few topics.
1- Do they tell the truth? The service advisers at this dealership have not lied to me as far as I've been able to tell. However you HAVE to ask questions and be prepared to do your homework on the car you own, Both Lisa and Skylar are professional and knowledgeable and willing to help you make an informed decision.
2- Do they do the work promised? Yes. This is my third Mazda from Premier Mazda and I even went so far as to mark the tires once and yes they do the work they promised to do.
3- Is the waiting area clean? Yes and the bathroom too and as a matter of fact the entire dealership is clean. May not be important to you but it is to me. Overall its a pleasant environment.
4- Are the sales people friendly? Yes they are, mostly. There was one who obviously didn't want to talk to anyone and spent time staring at their phone rather than making eye contact. The others are professional and approachable. Remember if its a busy day they might not have time to stand around and talk cars, they have a living to make.
5- Is there free coffee and food? Yes the coffee machine is a pod brewer and there are free munchies.
Excellent Service - Mazda123
LouAnn is the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. She listened to what I had to say and I never felt pressured. This was the easiest new care transaction I have ever made. I definitely recommend her and the dealership!
Tires out of balance - Not-trustworthy
Was looking for a truck so test drove a used 2500 Bening had. The front end vibrated at certain speeds their service department had put new tires on and they were not balanced correctly. It took a knowledgeable customer to tell them what was wrong with the truck that it was vibrating. They worked and it andnit was better but had to be told again it was still out of babalce before the test drive was successful. Someone doesn’t know what they are doing in the service department.
Great Experience - Tony96
Great Experience, friendly and courteous staff, as soon as you walk in the door you were greeted and not rushed into something you don't want or can't afford. Provided up to date information and even searched the web for similar trucks to make sure I was getting the best price, if they don't have it, they can find it and get it for you.
Garbage Dealership - ErikNC
Awful, disorganized dealership. Had to make multiple trips to the lot after taking delivery because they didn’t put a temporary tag on the vehicle before sending me off. They also misplaced the floor mats I was promised as an attempt to make up for the inconvenience I experienced with the finance dept not beginning the financing process when they were supposed to, before my arrival the day after agreeing to terms.
Then, get this: I wake up to three pages of text from my salesman Greg Kimbrell berating me for giving him an 8/10 on the Mazda survey (due to the organizational lapses mentioned before) because “he felt he gave 10/10 service”. I began my day with a text argument with a grown man over an objective review. I am the customer. 10/10 service doesn’t include forgetting the crucial step of putting a xxxx tag on the car. And it definitely doesn’t include blowing up my phone like a scorned ex. I’ve never experienced such childishness.
Then: it took me 2 months to receive my plates, due to the fact that my salesman Greg didn’t reply to the DMVs request for more info (since the original paperwork wasn’t filed properly). Was told by the GM of bommarito that the paperwork was sent back to bommarito and sat there for 10 days. It would have sat there indefinitely if I hadn’t called due to my dealer tag expiring.
Then- when I did get a call from my DMV- I was told I had to pay an additional $120 because the dealership only sent $80 to cover tag and registration! What am I paying you for when I pay you $250+ for doc fees? I will be recovering that $120, especially considering the absolute headache I had to endure. And I’ll be contacting Mazda corporate if not.
