Car Salesman J.R was nothing less than outstanding! I purchased a SmartCar from Springfield and I virtually purchased the vehicle with J.R from Georgia. Its always terrifying purchasing a car that you cannot personally lay eyes on. I asked J.R. to provide honesty as to the condition of the SmartCar and send pictures and he di just that!

I was recommended this dealership by a friend who bought a used car from them. My current vehicle belonged to my ex husband and I needed a car of my own. I had no trade in and no down payment, with a decent credit score. I was told the only thing I would qualify for was a brand new vehicle (2019) due to having no established auto credit history. This was a basic model Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that was double my intended price range and not what I wanted. I was offered an interest rate over 21% and told this was my only option and I could refinance with no problem in 4 months. My payments are over $650/mo and it has been 11 months and I haven’t been late or missed a payment. I have been denied a refinance by multiple agencies due to being “upside down” on what I owe versus what it’s worth. I was told my plates were taken care of by the dealership and that also turned out to be untrue. The original salesman was super nice but I don’t feel anyone was truthful. will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I've been a satisfied service and sales customer of Northtowne Hyundai. Recently, I needed to have a rear passenger door adjusted and made an appointment with their body shop near their Mazda operation. Just like the service center, the staff was helpful and professional and immediately knew how to fix the problem. They did so while I waited and not only is the door adjusted properly now, and an annoying wind noise is now gone.
I was impressed by how the technician and service manager both wiped off the fingerprints from my car after the adjustment. I cannot complain about the price charged.
I examined some of their cars with repaired collision damage and found them to be expertly repaired.
Like the Hyundai service center, the body shop has an obvious commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
