This dealer leaves a lot to be desired. We purchased a car there from Matt. Matt was an excellent sales representative with solid product knowledge. If this was a review on him he deserves 5 stars. However, this review is on the dealer. If we could rank lower than 1 star, we certainly would. Our deal included a free loaner when the car went in for service. They use suggestive selling to over maintain the car to increase their labor hours per repair order. Therefore, driving your cost higher than needed to maintain our daughter's car. This was her first service after purchasing a certified Mazda 3. They took advantage of our 18-year-old daughter by telling her she needed items that she did not, on a car they just certified. They did provide a free loaner that wasn't cleaned. We know it wasn't cleaned because they left a loaded 9mm handgun in the passenger's seat. Forget Covid-19 for a minute. Would hate to imagine what may have happened if they provided the same car to someone that had a child that was unaware of gun safety. When we brought it to their attention, they simply shrugged it off. Then our daughter was involved in a rear-end collision and we took it in for a repair estimate. They do not have body shops to support you after the sale. Then simply asked for a trade-in value with and without a carfax to support our claim for diminished value on an insurance claim. They also could not perform this simple kelly blue book valuation. Contacted another local Mazda dealer and they are happy to provide the simple service. Before you purchase consider if they can safely and competently support you after the sale. Everyone has enhanced their safe practices of cleaning and sanitizing vehicles to protect the people we love. Premier Mazda is not taking precautions. They are in it for profit only.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Belton Auto Credit. Ron (who is sadly retired) was beyond amazing with our first vehicle. Never felt pressured in to buying and always friendly and helpful. Jim has been great with our second vehicle, again friendly and helpful. Never had problems with either vehicle that was not easily and quickly taken care of. Jason and Sean (mechanics) go above and beyond in helping with repairs or just simple questions i may have regarding either vehicle, one of which is already paid off. I have recommended BAC and will continue to do so.

He knew that we were 2 hours away from our home...
Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive.
Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market. My luck hasn’t been the greatest the past couple of months. It has been one bad thing after another. I was involved in a car accident, and my car was totaled out. I was put in a rental until the other persons insurance evaluated my vehicle. I knew the rental was only going to last for so long. I couldn’t let this car accident mess with my every day life. Therefore; I was proactive on the vehicle searching.
A week after the car accident, I went to look at a 2013 Mazda CX-5. I educated my self about this vehicle, I read the whole history on that carfax. I got to the dealership, none of the sales people chased me down. I actually had to go inside and ask for assistance. My salesperson was Mark Kleve, a wonderful man. The dealership just got the vehicle, Mark didn’t know everything about the it...which was perfectly acceptable. We took the vehicle out for a spin. I was sold!
So a couple days go by and Mark calls me. It was listed for $11,400. Not a bad price, even Kelly Blue Book agreed. Doesn’t hurt to try and knock the price down, right? Well... no budge. I was okay with that, because of KBB. Couple more days go by, and I kept finding myself looking back at that vehicle. I called Mark up, and told him that I want that Mazda. I advised him that my credit isn’t the greatest and I had no co-signer. What were my options? Mark got me in touch with their finance manager; Kim. Straight out of the gates, Kim was awesome. She was very helpful and acomadating. I put a little money down to hold the vehicle, giving the insurance time to write a check. The insurance did everything wrong and it took a few weeks to get the check.
Kim and Mark were easy going, helpful, understand, and not pushy. They made this process more pleasant, thank you. And thank you to the Lou Fusz, for holding the vechine for much longer than promised. I will refer your business to everyone and anyone. Thank you! I’m so glad I got to take the Mazda home today!

I purchased my CX 5 which I love from northtowne Mazda. Process was very fast and all questions answered respectfully. Recently I went in for oil change and when checking in my service advisor Josh informed me I had a recall on hatch control. He said it would take an extra hour but indicated they would make every effort to get done sooner. To my surprise Josh arrived in waiting area just under an hour later telling me all work was completed. Could not have gone better. Recommend to ALL. Thank you
