I was looking for a used car when I met Stephanie Murphy at Diers Ford in Fremont on April 19. She genuinely welcomed me into the dealership and REALLY LISTENED to me talk about what I needed in a vehicle. She took time and sat down with me to help me figure out what vehicle might best fit my needs. Stephanie REALLY HEARD me. On her computer, she selected a few options in the Diers lot whose features fit my list of criteria. We narrowed down the choices. Then she took me to the lot for a closer look. Stephanie patiently answered all my questions, including making quick searches of the Internet to provide more details. She arranged a test drive and demonstrated several unfamiliar features on the car. After my visit, she called me to see if I had any more questions or needed any more help. While I did not end up buying a car from Stephanie on this occasion, she made a lifelong customer of me by being unfailingly positive and pleasant, especially when I called to say I had made a decision to go a different direction. No shame. No blame. She kept that door open by truly wishing me well. In short, my encounter with Stephanie and the Diers Ford dealership was highly satisfying and productive. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone on a car-buying journey.

My husband and I saw a car advertised at Bill Summers and went to check it out. The salesman, Tyler, took the keys to bring the car to the front for us to test drive. He was standing next to the car when two ladies pulled up and wanted to see the same car. Their salesman yelled across the lot to Tyler to give him the keys for them to test drive…and Tyler handed them over! We stared in disbelief as they drove off past us. Tyler suggested that we wait until they got back. SERIOUSLY!!! We expected better from Bill Summers Auto.

Even with the pandemic, they were great. Very accommodating around busy schedules. Probably the easiest experience buying a car I've ever had. Just picked out what I wanted online, let them know and it was smooth sailing from there. Great team.

Not a single person was pushing us to make a decision.They treat us as royalty every time we walk in the door. There is no other dealer as far as we are concerned.

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

On her trip to California my wife had her car serviced at Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE for a fuel pump. When she got to Ogallala her car broke down again. She took it to Jason Zoellner Ford to have it looked at. Turns out that Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE had not only done a crappy job installing the fuel pump but they didnt even replace the fuel filter despite the fact that they said they did. Not only did the service people at Jason Zoellner bent over backwards to help my wife get the fuel system working properly, but they didn't charge her a penny. That's right they felt so bad about the horrible experience that my wife had at Anderson Ford that they did all the work for free. It is dealerships like this that make me want to drive across the country again just to buy a car from them. If you are considering going to the dealership I would recommend them 100%. Its nice to know that even in this economy there are still good people and good dealerships out there that put people before profits. I can not say enough good things about this dealership.
