Ben Peterson took really good care of me, do to my work I had a fluid schedule and he and the dealership worked with it and made it work. They were able to take care of the add-on requests I had and it was ready when promised. I am very happy and will definitely buy from Ben again when I need a new truck.

I've gone through a few cars in my day, and have always hated the process of buying a new one - spending hours at the lot, haggling over prices, eye-rolling "slick" all-too-eager salesmen til I'm blind, etc. Not here! In fact, my experience today was exactly opposite of that scenario. Dave, Chris, Bruce, Steve, everyone there treated me respectfully and cordially. They were patient with my questions and listened when I didn't like or wasn't happy with something. 100% of my needs were taken care of, and in no time I drove my brand NEW car home instead of the used one I thought I could only afford. They gave me a smokin' deal, and I can't wait to refer everyone I know! Do yourself a favor and go there first, so you won't find yourself going to a second.

My first contact was via email with Paul. AMAZING! I thought his professionalism and attention to detail was too good to be true. I was wrong. The experience kept getting better. Cleon had infinite patience and helped me navigate through the challenging world of Apple Car Play. Patty, warranty expert extraordinaire was one of the nicest people, let alone professionals I have ever met, to Mary who was working the front desk (and so much more) and was beyond friendly and accommodating. It's been almost a week since driving my car off the lot and I am STILL blown away at what a great experience it was. I wouldn't have changed a thing. I sincerely didn't think leasing a new car could be such a great, stress free experience. I took our 2014 Chevy SS in for recall work and an oil change. The car has 6000 miles, garaged winters and has never been driven in the rain. I asked them to please take care of it and was told that they would park it out by itself. Later that day after being told that they had to order a part, I swung by to see it surrounded by cars and decided to bring it home until the part came in.. When they pulled the car around to pick up they ran it over a curb scraping the underneath clear bra that I had put on. After bringing to their attention several days later the service manager claimed the damage was old and not caused by them. I take immaculate care of this collector vehicle. I detail it weekly. The damage was not there when I took it in and was there after it being in their neglectful care.
I asked to speak to the general manager who obviously had been informed by his service manager of my claims. After a brief discussion with him he asked me to leave and that I was never welcome back at their dealership, ever. I told the service manager and the general manager I was going to write negative reviews and take them to small claims court. I picked up the paperwork for the court action this week and will file the action next week.
They need to be held responsible for their lack of care and outright calling me a liar. Over my years I have owned 22 GM vehicles. I am a fair person and have never been treated like this by a dealership. All should be aware of their improper business practices. Customers have other choices in this area for their GM needs and I strongly suggest they choose those other options.

Went online and scheduled an appointment. Brought car in, and within 1/2 hour get call that they can't get to the car today. Maybe tomorrow. Have a nice day. How about someone who calls you and says "hey we're backed up, would it possible for you to bring your car tomorrow?" Or, next best: I'm sorry you had to drive in, we weren't able to reach you in time, we'll unable to get to your car today". The truly sucky moron place you should avoid at all cost is the place that takes your car - and before you make it home they call and tell you they won't be working on your car.....because it's sooooo easy to get along in vegas without a car for days.

Knew what was wrong when I took it there, they said they would look at the car for $130 but that would be applied to bill if work done there. I told the service tech what I wanted when I arrived, he waited till after I agreeded to let them examine the car for the fee that they don't fix just that broken part but replace whole system instead, even though the part of the system they where going to replace was working just fine. $180 repair goes to $420...

I met with Ed and was treated with complete respect. He helped me in everyway posible. The trade in was handled very well and I got what I expected for the trade in value. He answered all the questions I had and was courteous in every way. We searched for the exact truck I wanted and had it delivered from California.
