I've gone through a few cars in my day, and have always hated the process of buying a new one - spending hours at the lot, haggling over prices, eye-rolling "slick" all-too-eager salesmen til I'm blind, etc. Not here! In fact, my experience today was exactly opposite of that scenario. Dave, Chris, Bruce, Steve, everyone there treated me respectfully and cordially. They were patient with my questions and listened when I didn't like or wasn't happy with something. 100% of my needs were taken care of, and in no time I drove my brand NEW car home instead of the used one I thought I could only afford. They gave me a smokin' deal, and I can't wait to refer everyone I know! Do yourself a favor and go there first, so you won't find yourself going to a second.

Warranty - D
I had a fuel injector go out and they wouldn't cover it under the warranty, which I got from autonation. I had to go to another dealership to get it covered under the warranty. So they cost me money I shouldn't have spent anything and was still charged, when it was covered. I worked with patti who was cool, but just a horrible experience with the dealer

Service dept horrible. Quote one price on the internet, jack it up when you come in for service. Then they dont do most of what they overcharged me for. When I called the service manager he told me it was "against the law" to do what I asked (rotate my tires) so I checked with the Nevada DMV, no such law. I call the service manager back and call him out on his lie. Then he tells me it is against General Motors policy. So I contact General Motors......no such policy. I would hope the last thing a car dealership would do is lie to a customer, but at Hohl Chev. thats the first place they go. I might be naive and expected honest service. Dont bother trying to get a hold of the General Manager, he wont return your calls. Why would he? He knows your going to complain about his lying staff, he doesnt want to deal with that. ............it only cost me $66 to find out this is not a good place to go....there are worse "life lessons"

The people are great, but I don’t like leaving my car behind closed doors! Perhaps because I’m a single, senior woman? Guys, YOU be the one to take your car in for service.

Knew what was wrong when I took it there, they said they would look at the car for $130 but that would be applied to bill if work done there. I told the service tech what I wanted when I arrived, he waited till after I agreeded to let them examine the car for the fee that they don't fix just that broken part but replace whole system instead, even though the part of the system they where going to replace was working just fine. $180 repair goes to $420...

I met with Ed and was treated with complete respect. He helped me in everyway posible. The trade in was handled very well and I got what I expected for the trade in value. He answered all the questions I had and was courteous in every way. We searched for the exact truck I wanted and had it delivered from California.
