I went into the dealership during the last snow storm. I pretty much knew the car that I was looking for. John was assigned to me, and he took my information, explaining that in case that particular car wasn't available, that there might be other cars that the system could recommend based on my preferences. Ultimately, the specific car was available, and after a short test drive in the snow, I traded my car for the new-to-me SUV. John made sure I got a second key after the sale. I'm very happy with the car and with the help I got from John. I would definitely consider getting John's help for my next car. Thanks, John!

I also like how they clean the car give it a good wash window cleaning after the maintenance is done. As long as I own a Nissan I will always bring it to AutoFair Nissan in Stratham.

Horrible customer service every single time coming here. We have bought two vehicles, plus traded in one. Gave the dealership one last try to prove themselves and of course we were let down again. Will never be going back. Will never recommend anyone to go here. In fact, I am warning people I know to not go here. When I said I won’t be returning. The response was “have a great day.” Terrible customer service......

These guys really know what they're doing when it comes to selling cars; not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, and really friendly. They even put up with ridiculous hour long insurance agent phone calls after closing time. I had my mind set on leasing a car and visited nearly every dealership in Keene to no avail, but RJ at Nisan did everything in his power to make it happen for me and after only my second visit I walked away with keys in hand. If you're looking to lease a car in the Keene area I would highly recommend Nisan.

STAY AWAY ! On 4/13/15 I bought this Certified 2014 Nissan Frontier with supposedly 4000 mi now have 25,800 mi they had to replaced rear wheels+ tires+warped front brake rotors+pads+front drive shaft. Wound up in dispute over warranty Thank God I was under warranty Now they want $900.00 for 36 mnth maintenance B.S. I paid $400. for 15,000mi maint.service. Low Price Guarantee - CBWEBDESIGN
Salem Nissan advertised a “Low Price Guarantee” on new Nissan vehicles. They claim if you find a lower price at a competing dealer, on the same vehicle, they will pay you $1,000.00. We did this and also, gave Salem Nissan a “written and signed order of competitor’s offer” showing a lower price from Commonwealth Nissan thus, giving Salem Nissan a chance to beat the lower price, which they chose not to.
Since we met the conditions of their “Low Price Guarantee” I made them aware of this and requested they honor their $1,000.00 Low Price Guarantee. Instead, Salem Nissan decided not to honor their offer and also, did not respond to me with any reason.
This review is my opinion based on our experience with Salem Nissan.
