We found the Peters of Nashua to be very professional, truthful and responsive. Our sales representative (Ron Harrison) was knowledgeable and comprehensive in explaining the differences between models. We were trying to decide between a RAV4 and a CRV; After the test drive and discussion with Ron, we were definitely sold on the Honda. So far we are very happy.

Had an abysmal experience with the service department... - jason_pearson
Had an abysmal experience with the service department that started last Friday. I opted to get new tires from them versus Town Fair Tire (who was less expensive) as they said they were in stock and they said they do a 4 wheel alignment for $175 on a $30k official BMW machine. I was told I could pickup the vehicle around the end of the day and they gave me a loaner. Around 3:30PM I received a call saying they made a mistake, didn't realize I had 19" rims so they would need to install on Monday. Not convenient (I had taken Friday off) but it happens. Good news I was told was that in addition to the $50 they were knocking off the cost, these tires were $100 less than what I was quoted. Saving $150 - ok that makes up for the inconvenience I thought. Monday afternoon rolls around - my wife asks if I heard from Tulley yet... nope before I reach out I get a call at 3:57PM - more bad news, tires came in late car won't be ready until Wednesday. What? They did offer to drop off early though - between 8-9AM. On Tuesday at 4:31PM I get a text - "I have a driver scheduled to leave here at 10:30/11AM" and asking to verify my address. Um no I say, I need my car to pickup my daughter from school - I need my car no later than 10:30AM. Reply was "I will figure something out". Early Wednesday, I receive a text that driver will be here at 9:45AM and the link to pay online. Bill only had the $50 discount. I questioned and got a response that the service rep tried as hard as he could. I paid, needed to get my car back and start my work day. At least the driver did show up on time, but everything else was a broken promise. Not a good experience.

The service work my car had at Trites today was a wonderful experience! Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained, and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Scott and Marv made the whole service appointment an excellent one! The service provided was well worth the cost I paid.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.
Avoid Tulley's service department!! - graciela blanchet
This is my 3rd BMW and I normally get the car service at the Wilmington, DE BMW where I was vacationing in New Hampshire when the car broke down with a "communication" error. It was towed to Tulley. The service people did not call for 2 days. When I called to asked the status of the car they indicated they had left messages, must have been to the wrong phone number.
The mechanic told me that I needed a new battery, an oil change, new spark plugs and that the engine gasket was leaking. The spark plugs where changes a week ago, the oil changed only 1000 miles back with synthetic oil and the engine gasket was changed in December 2014. When I share these dates , the mechanic argued that my regular BMW service did not clean the engine gasket properly, etc. At this point they had run a 1200$ repair bill but failed to address the reason for the service which was module communication failure. Instead they were busy changing new spark plugs, redoing a recent oil change because the filter was not BMW and installing another engine gasket that was changed last December and was still under guarantee. In addition, they would not start addressing what was wrong with my car unless I agree to buy a 395$ battery and I agree.
The next day a secretary called to let me know that the car was ready. She had no idea what the problem with the car had been and failed to addressed whether the engine gasket leaking oil was addressed.
For the last 15 years I owned only BMW's and so far was very satisfied with the service and treatment that I had received at other BMW service departments such as Wilmington DE, NYC and Boston. Tulley service was a very bad experience. I would not recommend.
