Jackie Sidden, what can I say but that she's great at what she does. Always smiling and eager to help you understand the piles of paperwork that is part of buying a new vehicle.
Mike McCracken took care of me when I added some additional accessories to my new truck. He kept to his promised completion time and even provided a loaner car while the work was being performed.
Buying a new vehicle is a healthy investment for anyone and the people at Don Chalmers understand this. I was treated with dignity and respect. A good deal to me is not only the price you pay but also how one is treated in the buying process. So with that said, I got a good deal!

I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

My service advisor was Nadine trujillo, she was really good, kept me informed at all times, and when she had to leave Dwayne took over and was very good also. Communication was excellent. I know will ask for Nadine anytime I come in for oil change or what ever other services are needed on my vehicles.

Rich found the exact used vehicle we asked about and gave me a call the day it was traded in. (I thought we were safe, as i had been pretty specific.) Between Rich, Warren and Brady in finance, the experience was less painful than it could have been. (I filled out less paperwork when I bought my first house.)
We were treated with respect and treated well. Not saying yours will be, but our experience was exceptional. Give these guys a chance to help you out.

Love this dealership! Cliff Santisteven our sales consultant was wonderful. We went looking for a used car cause we thought a new car was out of the question. He got us in a new 2017 Ford Escape SE for less than what a used car would have cost us. Jamie Passarelli, the general manager, crunch the numbers and helped us with financing along with Greg Gutierrez. Greg got our payments down below what Jamie quoted us which was wonderful! These are a great bunch of guys and very patient and they don't pressure you into buying. I referred my son and they bought a new Ford Escape today also. They live in Pueblo and we spent most of the day at the dealership cause son couldn't make up his mind. lol Cliff was wonderful and listened to all my son's concerns and they finally settled on an Escape. Son says he will be buying his Mustang from them when he is ready to buy one. They have wonderful customer service with no high pressure sales tactics. They actually listen to what you want and need in a vehicle and don't push you into something you don't! They want you happy!

I've bought too many cars since I can't seem to keep one more than a couple years. Out of ten purchases, this was by far the best experience. They have a large selection, are locally owned, and an incredibly helpful, but not pushy, staff. I will definitely be seeking out Capitol and Mike Carrillo next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Bought my 2012 Focus from them several years ago brand new. I immediately started having problems with it. Took it back to have them check it. Was told nothing was wrong. For several MONTHS I continuously tried to tell service that what my car was doing was not normal. They wouldn't listen. Finally after 10 months they actually looked at my car, and surprise! The transmission was junk. So they replaced it. The only reason I continued to go there for my car needs was because my car was under warranty. As soon as the warranty expired I refused to go back. The service department staff are rude. They gave me a loaner car and requested that I return it with the same amount of gas as it had when I got it. I returned it with more gas and the lady in service tried to charge me and said the tank was on empty. She refused to go back out and check the reading again. Stay away from them! I've received better service at every other dealership in town.

Their salesmen are fine, it's the after service that sucks. They were responsible for fixing the recall on my vehicle before selling it to me but that didn't happen. They never submitted the paperwork for my registration. I had to physically go back to make sure it got done. Still worried it won't be. They have two individuals in their leadership that can't handle upset customers, so their way of dealing with customers is to be be dismissive . Horrible service, condescending, dismissive attitudes, no responsibility!! Will NOT ever recommend this so called business!!!

I have bought 3 Ford vehicles in the last 4 years. I tried to talk to this dealership but, their arrogant attitude was that's the price and take kit or leave it. On a work truck that was brand new, the visor clip broke. They made us pay for it. It was my fault not the manufactures. You would think a dealership that sells tons of trucks to our company would let us have a 15$ item on warranty. Well, those days are gone and yesterday 12-2-16 was the first time a salesman even approached me in 4 years. I always had to find one previously. I told him to get lost and pound sand I was just looking at MSRPs. I will NEVER buy a part or vehicle from this arrogant small town dealership, Drive to Lubbock and talk to the big boys, you will never be sorry. The days of buddy good oil company's propping up this Ford dealership are over. I for one will not miss this place when it folds or sells.

So longs story short I was told I would he given 10k for my trade and when they finally paid it off 40 days later they shorted me and only paid 9300. Pretty sure the gm pocketed my money drive to Artesia, the dealership isn't as fancy but they are straight forward and won't steal from you, also less overhead means better deals

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.
