over all I was well satisfied . Andrea was a pleasant sales person. TO WORK WITH. One major problem, spoiled the sale activity. At no time were the Ford rebates provided to me,.until the sale was completed.. With out that info I feel the sale price was more then I should have paid. I bought the pickup . We are considering a few suvs, so went to Borman to try a few. At second blush the salesman seemed ok (after being too talkative at the outset). But then after we established which vehicle we liked the best, we began talking about trade-in value. He brought out NADA information, noting that Kelly blue book was not reliable, and noted all the minuses for our vehicle. He went to the sales manager a few times for instruction? Then he kept pushing and pushing. We said we had to leave, as being pushed is not a good sales technique for us and we assume others. When we got home, we looked up the NADA information on our own and saw that the Borman sales team had neglected all the positives for our vehicle (low mileage, some major trim upgrades, etc.) which would have resulted in a significantly higher trade-in value. So they purposely misrepresented the trade in value. In retrospect it was a negative experience with dishonest car salesmen, typical car salesman behavior?

Was told by phone slight hail damage. Discount would be 4-5 k. Later at dealership the quote was 5-6 K discount. The total amount for the car was higher than expected [was told would be $10,000 or less]. when I asked, he said the discount I was given for the hail damage was $5000.That was not true. The discount for hail damage was $3000. Still, I am satisfied with the discount. However, I am disappointed with being mislead and lied to. Discounting that, the salesman was courteous and very nice.

I went to have a tire sensor checked on my Chevy Tahoe. I dropped off the car and had my wife pick me up. I was contacted in about two hours to let me know that the sensor was just fine and that the technician reset the sensor and they checked all tire pressures. Since the vehicle was there, I asked them to go ahead and rotate the tires. They indicated to me that I could pickup the vehicle in about a half hour. I went to pickup the car, the sensor was working and to my great surprise, they said no charge for the sensor check and the tire rotation. PUT A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE. Old fashion service.

I never felt rushed or pressured in any way....a lot of dealerships have, what I call "shopper stalkers", and that was not the case here! Thank you very much for such a positive experience! We had stopped and changed the battery but the problem returned. Before heading to Pagosa Springs, CO. to ski wanted to make sure everything was working. Dominic L. was great, listen to the concerns I had and even had the service tech visit with me. They were swamped but he somehow get my Lincoln Mark LT in and found the issue, alternator was going out, had it replaced and we are back on the road in less the 2 1/2 hours. He even directed us to a great local restaurant.

My salesman was Antonio Francia and he was great.. Came in with my fiancé on Sunday and checked inventory of used cars on computer, as most of them were across town at a sales event. He found the car we were looking for on the computer and offered to personally go across town to the event and drive the car back to the dealership for us to see it. We came back an hour later and the car was there. Antonio took us for a test drive and we bought it on the spot. Picked it up on Monday morning and Antonio went over all of the operating systems with me. So, in less then 20 hours I had my car... Incredible..... I collect and show Ford collector cars(5) and know the dealer manager Dennis Snyder .Before I left, Antonio took me to Dennis;s office to say hello and catch up on a few old thunderbird club items. Very very happy with Rich Ford and will always give referrals to my friends and business associates.. Best, Bill Verant

Water pump defult causing the motor to over heat. (February 2018) after months of waiting for new motor Contacted regional supervisor, they helped. Motor replaced, engine light still on, returned, they replace catalytic converter - (June 2018) but lighs and air conditioner went out. Took in, after having 3 days they said nothing wrong, lights and air work - suprise, they don't! Will never use this dealer/service again. Am exploring other dealers/service.

Arrogant Dealership...take kit or leave it attitude. - Bud243
I have bought 3 Ford vehicles in the last 4 years. I tried to talk to this dealership but, their arrogant attitude was that's the price and take kit or leave it. On a work truck that was brand new, the visor clip broke. They made us pay for it. It was my fault not the manufactures. You would think a dealership that sells tons of trucks to our company would let us have a 15$ item on warranty. Well, those days are gone and yesterday 12-2-16 was the first time a salesman even approached me in 4 years. I always had to find one previously. I told him to get lost and pound sand I was just looking at MSRPs. I will NEVER buy a part or vehicle from this arrogant small town dealership, Drive to Lubbock and talk to the big boys, you will never be sorry. The days of buddy good oil company's propping up this Ford dealership are over. I for one will not miss this place when it folds or sells.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.
