I still love my car that I bought at Vision Ford Lincoln Hyundai. I never thought that I could afford a new care, and came in to the dealership looking for a used vehicle. The salesman was amazing. He just quietly asked if I had ever thought about a new care after looking at several of the used vehicles he had to offer. The ball was in my court, and I was able to find exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. I would buy here again. The whole process was painless, and I felt like I was well taken care of. Then after the purchase. I came back few times for things like "how do I work my new radio"? Even with simple questions like that I felt respected, and they always helped me. I have been back to get oil changes twice. The whole team at the dealership and mechanic area are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

We went into Borman Autoplex to look at the Hyundai Sonata. Braden Tidwell is the one that assisted us. He was very helpful explaining all the features of the car. When we decided we did want the Sonata Braden and the Sales Manager Pat Sullivan worked to get us a good price on the car and also a good price on our trade-in. Their Finance Manager Martin Espinoza made that end of it go very smoothly.

I went to Ruidoso Ford after looking at a Ranger at another dealership. The other dealer had a “closer” on staff who honestly just put a bad taste in my mouth. I called Ruidoso Ford and spoke with Pierce Montoya and went to see him the next day. Pierce was awesome! Everyone at Ruidoso Ford was super nice and helpful. It’s a dealership with old school values. The owner’s office is right at the front door and he spoke with me several times. Every single person there was extremely nice and helpful. This is a dealership I would send my family to. The price was great! But more than the price I was treated like a person and not a pay check. If I could give them more stars I would. You would be crazy not to go the Ruidoso Ford. Go see Pierce he will take great care of you!

Took my wifes new Ford F-150 in for scheduled service 3 months ago. Today had service completed at another dealership where they showed me that a clean ( or any) air filter had never been placed back into my truck. Called Service manager Steven Chavarria at Artesia Ford to make aware of the situation and he replied "sorry about that", when I asked about his lack of concern he asked me "well what do you want me to do about it now?. Nothing except acknowledge your inability to provide a basic service, and that if I have any catastrophic failure related to your failure I will hold Artesia Ford legally responsible for any and all damages.

I wrote a review earlier and even though it was bad for Abq location I gave kudos for Edgewood. Boy was I wrong! Do not trust them. They added things to my contract that I said I didn't want, things I didn't know about but the worst part is they never gave them to me, even after numerous calls. I ended up with almost $4,000 of refunds! They buried some things like "etching". Had to research what was. Claim it will lower your insurance rates. (Vin# on windows) Turns out 98% of insurance companies will NOT give you a discount. Plus they never did it. And you can buy an etching kit on Amazon for under $20 compared to over $200 from them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

Water pump defult causing the motor to over heat. (February 2018) after months of waiting for new motor Contacted regional supervisor, they helped. Motor replaced, engine light still on, returned, they replace catalytic converter - (June 2018) but lighs and air conditioner went out. Took in, after having 3 days they said nothing wrong, lights and air work - suprise, they don't! Will never use this dealer/service again. Am exploring other dealers/service.

I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.
