I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

They asked what type of vehicle we were interested in and they gave us several vehicles to choose from. Then they worked out a payment we wanted. The reason my review is low was , I went into the don Chalmers dealership in Rio Rancho N.M. the salesman was a very nice guy at first we made small talk things were fine. I told him what I owed on my truck and he told me the price of his truck. It was a used 14 toyota tacoma. They were asking $29900(4 year old vehicle). So they took my truck out back to evaluate it . They told me my truck was only worth $9000 kbb and proceeded to minimize my truck to be worth nothing .I told him that I had kkb it my self and it was worth $10,500 . so after going back and forth with this nice gentleman I asked him to kbb to see what his truck was worth but he did not comply. He asked what I did for a living I told him I was an investor/ contractor he laughed and said you contractors are all the same." I couldn't believe that he referred to contractors in NM as some sort of way" I told him look we are just a few thousand dollars away from making this deal happen($3000 off) I said why dont you go back and ask the "man in the back" if he can make this work some how. He came back from asking the man in the back and said nope no way . I could believe they would not budge AT ALL on there 4yo truck. He told me what's $3000 dollars you have a lot of money I told him don Chalmers has way more than me . He then accused me of being a "robber" I said what do u mean. He said your a contractor your used to robbing people and now your tring to rob me, I said what do you mean. He said $3000 is not a lot of money . in the end we coukd not reach an agreement on the price. But I'm not upset so much with the salesman or his remarks about all contractors in NM considering I have ALOT of contractor friends that buy trucks from there and my friend/old boss from a major company here in Albuquerque buy$ MANY fleet vehicles from them.What really sad is that don Chalmers could not even go down 1 penny on a 4yo used truck smh. The salesman told me this is like Wal-Mart or any other store u can't come in here and try to negotiate on a price. Maybe hes right but I think not. I told him well then why are u a salesman,you should be a cashier.Anyway the guy was actually a nice guy but he did insult me a few times but I can look passed that... Again I'm just more disappointed in Don Chalmers I thought u were in the business to sell cars not insult people.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Bought my 2012 Focus from them several years ago brand new. I immediately started having problems with it. Took it back to have them check it. Was told nothing was wrong. For several MONTHS I continuously tried to tell service that what my car was doing was not normal. They wouldn't listen. Finally after 10 months they actually looked at my car, and surprise! The transmission was junk. So they replaced it. The only reason I continued to go there for my car needs was because my car was under warranty. As soon as the warranty expired I refused to go back. The service department staff are rude. They gave me a loaner car and requested that I return it with the same amount of gas as it had when I got it. I returned it with more gas and the lady in service tried to charge me and said the tank was on empty. She refused to go back out and check the reading again. Stay away from them! I've received better service at every other dealership in town.

I have had a terrible experience here! I bought a new Ford Fusion SE and with less than 25k miles I had to take my car in twice to the service department to get it fixed, the first time they changed a spark plug and sent me home, same day light came on, they replaced the top half of my engine at that time. Now 3 months later the check engine light came on again. I made a third trip to Santa Fe to service my car waiting over an hour and they said they fixed the issue. I started my car this morning for work and it bogged out on me! This will be my fourth trip to try and get a good, working, reliable, vehicle! I am a single mom with a three year old little girl and I work two jobs. I bought a brand new car! My car now has less than 35k miles and I’m having continuous issues. Although the people are very nice, I have not been offered a reasonable solution. I do not feel valued as a customer and the service manger was happy to explain to me that he deals with things like this everyday, and he hears about these kinds off issues all day, not showing concern for my individual issue or concern for my family’s safety. He did say that I could take my car to the Albuquerque Ford. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time! My daughter and I need a good reliable vehicle, that’s what we hoped we were getting, sadly this is not the case!

Their salesmen are fine, it's the after service that sucks. They were responsible for fixing the recall on my vehicle before selling it to me but that didn't happen. They never submitted the paperwork for my registration. I had to physically go back to make sure it got done. Still worried it won't be. They have two individuals in their leadership that can't handle upset customers, so their way of dealing with customers is to be be dismissive . Horrible service, condescending, dismissive attitudes, no responsibility!! Will NOT ever recommend this so called business!!!

I dropped my 2016 F-250 off for its 10,000 mile service at 7 am. My wife picked me up at 7:30 am and we went to breakfast. Ford called me before we were done with breakfast saying my truck was ready to go. That is quick if you ask me. Tony Garcia was my service rep. and he was very pleasant and answered a number of questions that I had. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I have bought 3 Ford vehicles in the last 4 years. I tried to talk to this dealership but, their arrogant attitude was that's the price and take kit or leave it. On a work truck that was brand new, the visor clip broke. They made us pay for it. It was my fault not the manufactures. You would think a dealership that sells tons of trucks to our company would let us have a 15$ item on warranty. Well, those days are gone and yesterday 12-2-16 was the first time a salesman even approached me in 4 years. I always had to find one previously. I told him to get lost and pound sand I was just looking at MSRPs. I will NEVER buy a part or vehicle from this arrogant small town dealership, Drive to Lubbock and talk to the big boys, you will never be sorry. The days of buddy good oil company's propping up this Ford dealership are over. I for one will not miss this place when it folds or sells.

So longs story short I was told I would he given 10k for my trade and when they finally paid it off 40 days later they shorted me and only paid 9300. Pretty sure the gm pocketed my money drive to Artesia, the dealership isn't as fancy but they are straight forward and won't steal from you, also less overhead means better deals

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.
