Waiting area is okay, but could be much more customer friendly by having more comfortable furniture, more magazines, and possibly donuts (which they used to have). But car service itself was excellent.

Interior trim issue - gsmothets12
I recently took my 2017 Chrysler 300 into Advantage Dodge Chysler here in Farmington. I had all 4 interior door panels warping and pulling away from frame. My service tech was "Francisco" and he along with Service Manager Mike took care of my problem with great empathy , efficiency and total customer care. I was so grateful to be treated like my problem mattered. Would definately go back and recommend this dealership to others. Very professional.
Lousy service - me
I bought my 2012 2500 Ram from Lithia. I have tried several times to get my ram in to address an urgent recall and a rear pinion seal leak which needed to be addressed as well. On two occasions I spoke with a man who advised me that he would have someone call me to address this issue. I have yet received a call back. I spoke with Viva Dodge and was able to get an appointment within three days. Needless to say I will never deal with Lithia again.

Don’t waste your time at Melloy Dodge Los Lunas - Gonzales4270
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT MELLOY DODGE LOS LUNAS ! I applied for a financing online and was immediately contacted by Ruben. I explained to Ruben my Credit was bad because I had lost my husband the previous year. Ruben contacted me about going up to the dealership numerous times. I told him I would not drive up until I get my approval. Ruben later called me and told me I had a pre-approval and all I needed was for their Finance Dept to see my trade and I would be able to get my car. My trade was in great condition with a low balance. Well needless to say I drove up to Los Lunas met with Finance Manager Rick who even mentioned the low amount owed on my trade. He said because it was a Saturday he’d have to get back to me on Monday. Ruben did not tell me that when I spoke with him 2 hours before I drove up from Santa Fe. Well Rick never bothered to get back to me. I even left him messages to call me. Never heard another word from anyone at Melloy. They obviously don’t give a crap about anyone that doesn’t go in with good credit or cash on hand.
Horrible service and persistant lies - Viceroy
I broke down and had my vehicle brought there because they said they had the parts. On the first day, they diagnosed the problem and said they needed to buy the parts and required that I pay for them up front. Day two they said the parts weren't in and they needed to do further diagnostics. Day three they said they weren't sure if they had the parts or not but didn't have the time to do he diagnostics. Day four they were closed, but assured me they would have the diagnostics done and I would be on the road on day 5. Day 5 they told me they didn't do the diagnotics and if I wasn't satisfied with their work I could take the vehicle--which was partially taken apart--somewhere else. I didn't know how to deal with it so it stayed there. Day 6 they assured me the work would be completed and it wasn't. Day 7 I was told they were 99 percent sure they'd have the work done. Day 8, in the late afternoon, they did the work. They supposedly found something else wrong and replaced the part but never showed me the supposed broken part. Day 9 I got the vehicle back. Day 10 I had to take it to a different shop because they screwed up the work they did on Day 8. They lied to me through out the process and the work performed. They also said they would give me a partial refund which was also a lie. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR.

Knowledge of trucks. Minimal Follow up non-existant, Lies fly freely, ability to follow instructions failed, inability to keep their word and no apologys. They don't care if they have your business. Service department held us hostage for two weeks waiting on 4tires and they ordered wrong ones.
Worst dealer service experience - Funnyfarmnancy
Stranded in Santa Fe with a camper and a truck threatening to derate. Santa Fe dealer determines what the problem is but can’t get the part (over a weekend) for 4 days. After 4(!) calls to the Melloy service department we are assured they have the part and can put it in if we get right there. Drive 65 miles to abq just to be told they had sold the part! No apologies - the tech first tried to blame us by saying he was waiting for a call back from us (not true, we told him we were coming) and then claimed that he couldn’t have saved us the trip because he didn’t know the part had been sold. That’s the trouble right there. No one at Melloy seems to know what anyone else is doing. Terribly disorganized! And to add insult to injury, when we went to leave, they gave us the wrong keys!

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

We received a call from dealership: price, auto and trade in all in agreement We traveled 70 miles spent 5 hours there waiting. We were taken into room with finance person , door was shut. Then we were pressured for 2 hours to purchase extended warranty. In order to get out of room, we agreed. 5 hours for a quick deal. This is new auto, why? You will be sorry if you deal with Jack Key.
