This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The service department are so rude the staff have no idea what they are doing. I had a problem with my drivers side door handle not locking when touched. They ordered new part. When I went to get it installed after driving an hour they said they had to send it out to get painted and never called before I drove all the way there. Then they called back to tell me it’s painted, drove down again to then tell me they ordered the wrong handle said they would have it within a few days. It’s been over two weeks. I refused to drive back down again and wanted them to pick up car and give me loaner. Mona Lisa in service said they don’t give loaners. Also when I called to see if part was in Seema told me that she doesn’t work for Parts she works for Service ride and hung up on me. They don’t call you back, give you run around. I had to finally deal with GM to get any th ing done and still a runaround. I will not be doing business with them again. Also my son got a car from there recently and was a complete bad experience for his first car purchase ever. When my lease is up I will be going elsewhere.

I have submitted many reviews being a long time Hyundai buyer/ leaser. .I am doing it again to compliment and give many accolades to another fantastic salesman, business MGR. who is a such a great asset to the HEALEY work force...His name Is 'Chris Morales'.. What a sweet, sensitive, humorous, considerate, man he was helping a Sr. Citizen decide on what her options were for buying/ leasing a newer car...After much anxiety/ agonizing thoughts of what to decide, he explained everything to me with such respect & detail leading me to decide alone which was the best option for me.. I sincerely thank him for all he did for me & am asking the Mgt. team to somehow reward him in someway by acknowledging his great work ethics and business skills... This business transaction translated into a cohesive relationship between us and his expertise helped me to decide what to do.. Many Kudos to you CHRIS for you helping a LIL ole Sr. Citizen... :-).. All the other Team @ Healey's were great too.

This place is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Run. These people are so bad its not even funny, problems every time I bring it in with the service center. Nothing but lying on the phone saying whatever then you go to pay and its a different story. - Brand New 2023 Tucson, Seat 'wore out' twice in two years. When it gets cold the cheap plastic seats just crack. They replaced it once, said they would do it again and then refused. -One giant issue is the predatory lending, I financed the car thinking I would pay it back in a few months to build credit. Paid it down in less then a year on autopay. The company automatically puts excess payment into a secret account and does not pay down the principle. It took all the extra put it in a secret account and slowly paid themselves back over the longer term to acquire more interest. The crazy part is they switched my email behind the scenes so I did not see. Thought it was paid off and 3 years later they start sending me angry letters in the mail saying I am behind on my payments. Turns out they hid excess pay in a secret account, turned off auto pay before it met the car amount and changed my email in the back so I couldn't see. On the website there is no way to pay down the principle ahead of the minimum payment, you must call and do it over the phone which takes forever on hold every single time. These people suck. Hyundai 112, Hyundai Motor Fincance and Hyundai manufacturer. They are all manipulative and terrible companies. Especially Hyundai 112, even if you want a Hyundai don't go their unless you really want a headache. Its like going to the worst most industrialized dental office every time you go.

Farooq - one of the service managers at Plaza Hyundai took care of my situation, and I was 100% satisfied with the way he handled it and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Jack Schwartz, the GM, gave me the best price around and set up the paperwork so that my Dad could go in and pick up the car in no time at all. The entire transaction was smooth and couldn’t have been more convenient. I’d definitely recommend Jack for his service and for his competitive pricing.

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.
