When I bought my Samara 5 years ago I was treated like a customer buying a car. A week ago I decided to up grade my car, I walked in letting them know I wanted to buy a Tucson and I test drove a Tucson very nice.the sales guy (jog) had me thinking that I was set to buy one. He shook my hand and congratulated me.they even gave us a print out of what we will be paying each month.And told me I could pick it up on tues because they had to do the undercoating, so I said ok and when wife started to drive off we said the sales guy never did a credit check on me an my wife . Than Tuesday they said they needed a pay stub from my wife and said letter from me. Now I am getting the run around.so dropped off the paperwork today and was told that I was alset and can pick my vehicle at 2:30pm, I said ok.when my wife and I came to pick up the car the sales guy (John) says to me that payment was going up 300.00.they had us thinking we were getting our vehicle. They had us running around for no good reasons.i will report this to the better businesse bereau.
