Definitely recommend Prestige Hyundai in Kingston NY. I had done a small amount of research on the Hyundai Elantra GT but Gerry Fraenkel made sure I was comfortable with my choice. He spent a lot of time, during our 2 visits to the showroom, explaining what we were purchasing and how the vehicle operated, especially the info entertainment system that was new to me. On September 16, I left my car at the Ithaca Maguire Hyundai Service Center because of the noise from the steering wheel. I was told I would have to wait for it a day but It took 2 weeks total. A week ago, on September 20, I was told that the car had been damaged by them and they left my car in the body shop. The service center accidentally damaged the driver's door and repaired it, not replaced it. The dealership repaired the car at the dealership's body shop. Please check Attached Photo with an estimate and invoice. I was informed yesterday that the 28th September, repair was complete and that I could take my car with me and I went to pick up the car. I felt very bad about repairing the door of a two-month-old car, rather than replaced. I was dissatisfied with the simple repair of a two-month-old car that was almost a new car, not even a one year old car. However, I tried to understand, because the dealer is responsible and repaired. I got the car and checked the seat on the driver's side, which was quite contaminated. Please check with this photo as well. I asked the service center about the service, and the service center told us that they would have to clean the car. After getting back into the car, I was so annoyed. The contaminated driver's seat was a little clean, but this time the chair was damaged as the photo showed, the left side of the sheet was torn. I couldn't leave the car at this dealer shop anymore, so I brought the car at home. I was very displeased and disappointed with the Hyundai Service. I bought Hyundai, a Korean brand, because I'm Korean, and now, I am so disappointed. Please concern my situation, and please take action.

I Bought a Santa Fe from them in July 2019 and no fault of theirs I had some problems with the car. each time I brought it in, the service department (especially Mike) went above and beyond to make the repairs seamless and get me a rental and explain what happened. Between Bill Kuhn and Steve Davis they worked diligently to find me a different car I would be happier with. I must say that I had high demands and was somewhat borderline annoying with all the questions and demands and tearful calls and yet in the end Steve contacted ME when a car came in he thought I'd like. So, that tells me that Towne (especially Bill and Steve) care about their customers even after the sale. Steve could have just waited for me to contact him when I saw a car online but he didn't. Making a large purchase is always stressful. Bob made this a stress-free shopping experience and easy purchase for me. He also went above and beyond by helping me set everything up (bluetooth and other technical accessories that I was not used to working with), and he called me after the purchase to assist me with any technical questions I had when I got home. He was honest (honesty is something that is hard to find these days in sales), personable, and he worked with us and our budget. Overall, it was a great experience working with him. I thought sales department was horrific after selling me a certified pre-owned Rogue that They knew was in an accident and covered it up and lied about but their service department is even worse! I make an appointment 2 1/2 weeks in advance to bring my car in to get the 2nd key -WHICH WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE- they had my car all day and when I called at 2:30 to see if my car was ready I was told they needed to ORDER the key which I was then told would take a day or 2! Checked my dash cam the car was pulled in at 8am and no work performed and no one ever contacted me then treated me like xxxx when I had the audacity to complain!
