At the dealership they were polite and friendly. They got the job done quickly. However the scheduling process left a lot to be desired. I am glad I called about my appointment that was supposed to be scheduled on 7/27. But they said no appointment was made. So I had to schedule it again

Karen Kingsley is a gem! We made an appointment with her based on all the positive reviews on google, and we are happy to say those reviews are well deserved! We last had a 2018 car so we were unfamiliar with the new technology. She patiently answered all questions. She took time to find out what was important to us in a new car, and made sure we got it. She did not try to sell us a more expensive car, just one that fit our needs. She was pleasant and upbeat through all aspects of our leasing experience. Highly recommend her and Lia Hyundai!

Unfortunately my 60k mile 2021 Tucson needed a new transmission already, but with the 100,000 10 year power train warranty, Benny in the service department helped me tremendously with all the necessary paperwork.
