Diana has lowkey become like one of those distant relatives. We don't talk every day, but we're definitely hitting each other with the Merry Christmases, Happy Father's Day, Happy Mother's Day texts and all that. That's just the kind of relationship she's built over the years. This was my fifth car from City World Hyundai and my fourth with Diana, and somehow she still makes the whole process feel like you're just chopping it up with family instead of buying a car. What really stood out this time was that she was dealing with a serious family emergency, but she still made sure I was good from start to finish. She could've easily stepped away, and nobody would've questioned it, but she stayed, made sure everything was handled, and never made me feel rushed. That says everything about the type of person she is. She worked with me, we got the numbers where I wanted them, and by the end of the night I was driving off in a new whip. That's all I could ask for. No disrespect to anybody else at City World Hyundai, but Diana has been my go-to for four of the five cars I've bought there. As long as she's there, I'm not going to anybody else. That's family at this point.

The Hyundai Santa Cruz will be a good vehicle for my needs, Justin at Matthews Hyundai did a very nice job explaining the Santa Cruz and a lot of its options which helped me make a decision. Justin is knowledgeable, professional, polite and personable. My wife and I enjoyed working with him. Other employees at Matthews, particularly the big fellow sitting next to Justin and a slender guy dressed in white with an airpod or earring, were polite cheerful and conversational which made the whole place feel welcoming.

Karen Kingsley is a gem! We made an appointment with her based on all the positive reviews on google, and we are happy to say those reviews are well deserved! We last had a 2018 car so we were unfamiliar with the new technology. She patiently answered all questions. She took time to find out what was important to us in a new car, and made sure we got it. She did not try to sell us a more expensive car, just one that fit our needs. She was pleasant and upbeat through all aspects of our leasing experience. Highly recommend her and Lia Hyundai!

The service is great from the moment you start communicating with them to the time you arrive. We spoke with a manager called Justin which is the typical car sales guy trying to get more money from your pocket. I end up paying $1500 dollars more because I was buying cash but initially they wanted $3000 more which was quite deceiving to be honest. He also came with an estimate of cost with some “suspicious” extra expenses for registration which I call them on it and that charge was reduced. This kind of experience gives you a bad feeling to say the least. The car was in mint condition, they performed a recall update and delivered to my house as promised - - - thanks Sarah.
