I didn’t visit the dealership. I purchased the car through a broker, who obtained the car from Star Hyundai.
However, I did interact with Star Hyundai after taking possession of the car, when I had difficulty setting up my Blue Link account, and no one at Hyundai.com was able to help me.
Phillip Robinson, at Star Hyundai, was amazing. He went out of his way to help me fix the problem setting up my Blue Link account. He had the patience of a saint, when I was losing patience rapidly. Too many people don't want to bother going the extra mile to help a customer, and they pass the bucket. Not Phillip, he went 100 extra miles.
