I brought my Tucson in for routine maintenance and inspection on Saturday October 2nd. There was only one service advisor working. He was very courteous and listened to my concerns. I mentioned that there wasn’t any room in the waiting area so, I would be over near the sales area. He said not to worry and that he would find me. Within an hour, he came walking over to me with my key. I was very impressed with personalized and prompt service that I received.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, work through the numbers with me, and make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before moving forward. I really appreciated his honesty, friendliness, and effort. Juan was also very friendly and helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming and easygoing. And Rohan deserves a shout-out as well for being patient and taking the time to work through the financing options with me. Overall, I felt like the team treated me well and genuinely wanted to help me get into the right vehicle.
