Today I took my car in for inspection at Infiniti Williamsville Service Dept and was greeted by Mr. James Kiera. I am beyond pleased with his courteous and friendly service. He went over and above the level of service I have ever experienced at a Car Dealership. He was considerate, honest and super helpful. In fact everyone in the service dept. was smiling and attentive.
I congratulate the Williamsville Infiniti for maintaining such high level of customer service and for hiring the best people to represent them.

This dealership has a great service department. They have always been extremely helpful to me and I appreciate it. Even though I was only there for a routine oil change, Brian Lomnicki treated me respectfully and as a person who very well may buy another vehicle from Lia. As a woman I have sometimes been taken advantage of in regards to car maintenance but this dealer does not try to sell you things that your car does not need.

Both Adam and Natasha were so accommodating in answering all of my questions and really made the whole process a breeze. Everyone I spoke with at this dealership made me feel comfortable and were so nice to deal with. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience and so happy I purchased a car from them! I wouldn’t give anyone else my business, not to mention they gave me a GREAT deal! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre owned Infiniti. Can’t beat their service!

There was no haggling. Price was right. Sent him my info. Paperwork was done and picked up our new car on Friday. We got there car was ready, Paper work was ready to go. We signed Rich came out showed all the wonderful features of the car.

I never write reviews, but with the terrible service I got with Infiniti of Syracuse I felt it was a must. Had an issue with the touchscreen of my car, I figured Infiniti could help me out. Boy, was I wrong. I deal with HMIs consistently for my profession, so I have a great understanding of them. So, I researched and found the exact problem I was dealing with, and a step by step on how to fix it. Printed it out, brought it to the dealership, just for them(service not sales) to say that they don’t need it and will fix it. They didn’t. They told me my touchscreen is broken and can’t be fixed. Their solution was to replace the entire HMI and for me to pay $1900 plus their diagnostics fee of $135. Told them that’s not what I wanted them to do. They told me too bad and if someone else can fix it to go to them instead. Sooo, I did just that. Found a local spot in Utica. Told them what the issue was, gave them the papers, andddd THEY FIXED IT FOR $80. Demanded a refund for their extremely poor service and they said they would give do so, but had to see if it’s actually fixed. Had to drive there THREE MORE TIMES. They ignored my calls and didn’t respond to my voicemails for WEEKS. Sooo I made a claim and got my money back. Still waiting on The compensation for the time I wasted and the gas I had to use to get there 🙃 I highly recommend their service department get individuals who are actually competent, friendly, and actually care about their customers. It’s pretty sad how a small local business is better than fixing Infiniti’s than the Infiniti Dealership...

i am so happy with my experience at lia infiniti,dawn owens is the best! i never thought i would be able to drive an infiniti with my credit but dawn found a way to make it happen,simply amazing!! i absolutely love my new car,infiniti g35x everywhere i go i get compliments on my car. i was so impressed my wife bought a car too. i would highly recommend this dealer,i buy all my vehicles here and would never go anywhere else,also i will send all my friends and family here too,thanks dawn!!
