This most recent visit was missing the little extras that I had received during past visits (complimentary car wash, and personalized advice from the service manager). But this was far from a bad experience, just not a personalized as was done in past visits.

BUYER BEWARE. I went to Infiniti of Bayside on 2/3/2024 and was quoted $650/month to lease a QX55. I wanted to weigh my options and was shopping around for other quotes. I realized they were giving me the best deal so I returned on 2/10/2024. They told me they could no longer offer me that price since I came in January ( I came in February not January) and that deal is no longer available. The price was now $710/month. When I told them forget it and was about to walk out they offered the grey Infiniti QX55 for $650/month. I kindly told them no because I wanted it in white. They then said they could order it in white and give it to me for $650/month so I agreed. I gave them a $1040 deposit. It was Saturday 2/10 and I was told the car would be there by 2/14. Well, 2/15 comes and I do not hear from them. My friend who works at a leasing company called me and told me they were lying. Alex who works at Infiniti of Bayside told her they were only getting grey QX55's, they were not getting any in white. When I called them and told them to cancel my deposit they were rude and tried to tell me I was making them look bad. They stopped answering my calls. I called on 2/16 and asked if they processed my refund and was told by the receptionist they did but it was a holiday weekend and to wait a few more days before I see it in my account. I waited a week and called back and left a message. No one returned my call. I called today (2/28) and asked about my refund. Amy the receptionist told me they were waiting for a check in the mail. When I questioned the check and told her I paid with a credit card why can't I just be refunded on the card, I was put on hold. She then told me they processed the refund on 2/21/2024 (today is 2/28, still have not received it) and to call my bank because they are holding the money. I then called my bank. They told me they do not see any incoming money coming from Infiniti of Bayside. I then proceeded to dispute the charge on my credit card. These people are liars and apparently thieves. They like to play games. I would not recommend their business at all.

We found a vehicle we were interested in purchasing on Saturday. Got assigned to sales person Mark Houser He said he would get back to us later in the day on financing and other details. Heard NOTHING from him by day’s end. During our visit Saturday, a previous buyer stopped by to talk to Mark, he left us for almost an hour when he talked to them in another area of the sales department. We had no idea what was going on. Two other employees tried to smooth things over by saying that they were searching for interest rates and that was taking a LONG time…. another employee came by and said he would find Mark for us…came back…. said he would be right over…..NOT! We realize that QUANTITY of sales is probably what keeps Bob Johnson happy and the hundreds of employees employed and showing up to get paid regularly, but along with that CUSTOMER SERVICE should be at the top of the weekly / daily sales meetings pep talks. We were picking up the car today. Had an appointment at 11:30 Arrived early, saw Mark for 2 minutes got assigned to a “want a be” sales person to go over the paperwork along with a trainer. The trainee couldn’t figure out how to operate the screw gun to put the plates on the car, and besides that, the two of them being MIA while they went to the finance office, came back, said they were leaving again to go to dmv was just more than we could have imagined. We finally just left without learning anything about the car (like other dealerships have always gone over) because Jeff had to get back to work. We are in our 70’s , and this is not our first rodeo at buying a car. Definitely our last at this dealership.

This dealership has taken a nose dive since 2018. The service department in particular is extremely bad. Service seeks every way possible to avoid helping you with problems. I could go on and on but in short STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
