I recently went to Freeport Jaguar/Land Rover, 145 West Sunrise Highway, Freeport, New York to have several issues addressed. They charged me $445.36, just to inform me that my car battery needed to be replaced, which was definitely not the case. I proceeded to bring the vehicle to PepBoys, a national chain, which specializes in batteries, tires, and brakes. They tested the battery on three separate occasions and said it was in good condition. I then proceeded to call the Jaguar Service where I spoke to a representative named Craig Landau, whom I had previously given a $50 tip prior to the service. Once again, he claimed the battery was faulty. I sent him several test slips showing that the battery was in good condition; however, he never had the courtesy to respond. I later got a phone call from their customer service relations department inquiring about the service. I explained the situation, that I was very unhappy with the service and also informed them that my warranty was going to expire in 6 days. Again, no response. I then brought the car to an independent station to verify the state of the battery and they concurred that the issue was not the battery. Freeport Jaguar is either extremely incompetent or totally dishonest. I also contacted Jaguar’s home office, who said they would start an investigation. There is no word as of yet, in spite of the fact that I informed them my warranty expires in a few days. Freeport Jaguar will pay whether my warranty expires or I see them in civil court, which will definitely cost them more to hire an attorney than to properly repair my vehicle.

Scheduled appt with loaner. Came in, nice adviser but no loaner and no part avail (I called in advance and was told they can't order part without appt. Yet he asked if I knew if part avail) So came in, no part, no loaner and told they'd call. No call. I called and service rep to call back. No call. I called again next day and service rep said he'd check on part and return call. No call. 2 days later called again, service receptionist said she'd check, came back and said they had reached out to me...No, I've been home all week. (Caller ID doesn't have any record of message or hang up). She put me on hold ...I waited, waited, waited. then never returned. No call back. Over a week. I'm done with the Jaguar Brand.

HORRIBLE customer service and a complete lack of respect from the service department at Land Rover White Plains.
I booked a service appointment 5 weeks in advance which was the first date a loaner car would be available for my appointment. The day before my appointment I send a message asking what types of loaners are available, as I want to try out a new model that I am also considering buying. First, the service rep lies and says that I never requested a loaner. After showing her very clear email confirmation that I did, she backtracks and says that they don't have any available and I will have to wait 6 weeks for a new appointment. After I tell her that is unacceptable, she gets the service manager on the line who apologizes and specifically promises to call me the next morning to figure out a sooner date.
The next morning... no call. I call and leave a message... no call back. It is now two weeks later and I have texted or called and left messages on FOUR separate days, each time being told that the manager will call me back right away. And I still haven't heard anything.
The last message I left, I said: "It's my first time coming to this location and I am very disappointed with the lack of respect and the fact that I am being completely ignored. Please have someone get back to me so we can figure out a date to reschedule." And still no call back.
Just shocking to me that this location can operate with such complete disrespect for its customers.

APPALLING! I would have given no stars. The service reception department is not capable of the most basic functions - from ignoring requests to non-communication - while they did not address the problems I had.
I didn't realize that a Range Rover sport would be so badly manufactured, and even less that their service would be so incompetent.

Skip this dealership. Over 2 days to get an outrageously expensive oil change. Didn't solve headlight problem. Car was dirty when I picked it up. Even had difficulty paying as I was ignored for several minutes. Don't expect to be listened to.
