F-Pace Info/nav sys freezes; multiple upgrades required - LB
My 2017 FPace purchased from this dealership has required multiple trips for software upgrades for the nav system which seems to get worse each time an upgrade is performed. The last time it was kept for one week as I was traveling for work. The service rep stated "this way, we know it will work when you get it back." Picked it up at 5:45pm; stopped for an errand on my home; when I started the car up again, the system was frozen once more. It is a 45 min to one hour drive to this dealer. Two days later I am still waiting for them to call me back as I can't afford to make another trip out there.

I purchased a Jaguar F type from this delership all the way from California due to the rarity of the specific trim I wanted. They met my low price point, facilitated the paperwork and CA registration, and got me my car without a headache. The experience was as good as I could have hoped!

Radar detector stolen, and they will not take responsibility - Wyzaerd
These people damaged my vehicle in service, stole my radar detector, then would not take responsibility: "You signed the paper, so we are not responsible". Don't go there - they do not care about you. They will treat you like garbage then expect you to kiss off. I would strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs. I will no longer be a Range Rover owner, will go to Audi instead. Amazing how badly a supposedly high-end dealership can treat customers. I wanted to buy a $106,000 vehicle, but they blew that deal.

purchased a vehicle 01/18 got conned into also purchasing the tire & wheel package & 4 months later got a nail in my tire called the dealership for weeks to get it repaired no answer & nobody got back to me finally a month later after I GOT THE TIRE PLUGGED ON MY OWN I get to customer service who says they wont repair it because there is no air leaking & to poke a hole in my tire if I want a new one im like ok fine guess I gotta pike a hole then , I try to make an appointment the guy says they are backed up & I will need to leave my car for the day but they cannot provide any loners for 3 weeks. this place is terrible beware they are quick to xxxx ur pockets but not to give good service. I paid 80k for a car & I wish I can return it based off the treatment I have received.

Steven Schneier was my salesperson at Land Rover Manhattan. He was great to work with! My Range Rover HSE is exactly what I wanted. Very cool! We built the car together. We negotiated a fair price and he delivered an awesome car. Steven took time to go though the rover w me after delivery and we set up to my specifications. I don’t write reviews often. But the experience here was excellent. I look forward to recommending Steven to my pals. 5 star experience.

Bought a brand new Jag from dealership six months ago. Love the car- hate this dealership. Brought it in for a service recall repair and it took nearly ten minutes of waiting in their showroom for anyone to notice or acknowledge me. When they did, they were rude and dismissive. Waited for my service to be completed without so much an offer of coffee/water. I get better service when I take my mother’s ten year old Chevy for dealer service. I’d steer clear for Jag/RR sales and service and make the drive to Buffalo
