This was my second visit in 6 weeks but I was not upset. I had hoped to be out within 1 hour but I was provided with a fabulous SUV and on my way with a promise of a call for the next day. As promised Craig called me and said they found the problem and corrected it. The next day I was riding in my car and it feels like it can go from 0 to 60 in 4 seconds. I know I am not going to drive that fast but the experience along with the way I feel being back In my own car is priceless. I hope the love affair never ends, it is delightful to feel that you belong. Thank you to all of the service staff that called me by my name, made me feel welcome and at home. Excellent Team in Parts/Service Department - VolvoDriver1
We needed a bike rack for our NEW Volvo XC40. Gentleman John, and Kevin, researched the Volvo recommended rack for this new model vehicle, and had the parts in no time at all! When we brought the vehicle in for rack installation, the great guys in Parts handed everything off to an equally great service technician (John B). The installation was done quickly and directly. When completed, the guys showed us how to attach and detach the new rack from the new tow hitch (which we also bought and had installed at the same time). We enjoy this Volvo Dealership. Since 1998, Parts, and Service, have always treat us with a smile, explained what we need, what work they have performed, and what they may have found along the way. We trust this dealership to always do the best they can for us.

Horrible Service - JPace
Purchased a Jaguar F Pace Certified Pre-Owned on 9/29 and within a month it required service. Come to find out from the Corporate Office that there was EliteCare on the vehicle and it should have been serviced since 7/31. Called and left several message for the GM, Service Manager, Finance Manager and is yet to receive a return call. I would advise anyone to make a purchase at Jaguar Larchmont/New Rochelle; service stinks.

Bought the Range Rover sport suv and hated it. Tried to return that same day but was told to give it time. Day 2,3, still can’t stand it. Spoke with John Morris, what a waste of time. Very rude,ignorant, unprofessional. Don’t worry John I will reciprocate. 🤷???
