Sheena is on point! She is part of the service team. Any time I have an issue she helps and get me going either with my own car or with a loaner. This last time I was there, it was for a quick tire sensor issue that would last about 1 hour and 30 minutes. She knew I work and needed to be somewhere so she said "Take a loaner and I'll call you when its ready and you come back, I'm here until 6pm". It was awesome! Everything got fixed and I wasn't late for my meeting with a client. Everyone is really nice and they do what's right.

Excellent Team in Parts/Service Department - VolvoDriver1
We needed a bike rack for our NEW Volvo XC40. Gentleman John, and Kevin, researched the Volvo recommended rack for this new model vehicle, and had the parts in no time at all! When we brought the vehicle in for rack installation, the great guys in Parts handed everything off to an equally great service technician (John B). The installation was done quickly and directly. When completed, the guys showed us how to attach and detach the new rack from the new tow hitch (which we also bought and had installed at the same time). We enjoy this Volvo Dealership. Since 1998, Parts, and Service, have always treat us with a smile, explained what we need, what work they have performed, and what they may have found along the way. We trust this dealership to always do the best they can for us.

I want to commend Ms. Janyll Valencia, Product Specialist at Volvo White Plains. Ms. Valencia oriented me to my new 2019 XC 60 which I picked up on July 16th. Her orientation to the vehicle was superb, and she was comfortable and knowledgeable about the vehicle which facilitated my comprehension.
Due to the complexity of the XC 60 I highly recommend an orientation by Ms. Valencia. Additionally, Ms. Valencia stands by the product and offered more assistance and orientation to the vehicle as I may need.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Jim Raysor is terrific to work with - professional, courteous, straightforward style and did not try to over sell or up sell additional services typically associated with most new car buying/leasing situations. Tom explained the features of the car and helped with initial setup for us and we were quite pleased with the overall experience. Jim shared the vehicle details in advance and we agreed on the terms and went in/out in 3 hours with a new vehicle.
Totally unbelievable - Jaguar
I took my brand new fpace in to have the apple car play updated and for them to look at a complaint I had for my drivers side seat. It sat for over a week at the dealer waiting for a part to be delivered. The part never arrived even to this date. The worst part though is the poor service you receive, I had to call every day to get updates, not a single call from them as promised. They apologized and told me they would have my car cleaned inside out before I picked it up( even though they didn’t fix anything). I picked up my car filthier then ever, no cleaning at all just finger print smudges all over everything. Total Bull Sxxt, and they think I am bringing my car back when the part gets in!!! Stay away from this place, oh and they have you stand outside to wait for your car because there is no waiting area for the service area.

Land Rover Manhattan “ROCKS”. I just picked up my new “Range Rover Sport” from Manhattan JLR. An incredible Dealership where I dealt with a knowledgeable, honest and straight shooting salesperson Zhengiz “James” Zaku as well the “non-pushy” credit manager named James Lanzarone. ..
That is, I started looking for a Range Rover Sport over 7 months ago. At the beginning of my search in February I visited several local Long Island Dealerships. There were no lease deals on the Sport to be given and I always left feeling the sales people were giving me a “ take it or leave it attitude.”
I decided to turn to the internet and for 7 months I scoured the websites daily for promos from dealerships in Upstate New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and even Maryland. However whenever I got a lead and called a dealership on a particular promo it seems the cars were either allegedly already sold or otherwise not available under the original terms of the promo.
Worse yet if you deviated from the terms of the promo by adding mileage all bets were off. On most occasions I was advised that increasing mileage from say 5.000 to 15,000 a year would increase the monthly payment by well over $400 a month. In those cases it would have actually been cheaper for me to just to pay the excess mileage fee of $.30/ mile above the 5,000 yearly allowance.
Thankfully in June I reluctantly placed a call and/or email inquiry to Land Rover Manhattan. Who would have thought that you could “get a deal in Manhattan”, the land of excess ??. Luckily however I was put in contact with “James” Zaku . He was honest and knowledgeable and a complete straight shooter. We were in constant contact for several months and he would advise me when to wait for a particular promo to come out. Moreover when he sent me a proposal which increased the promo mileage from 5,000 to 15,000 yearly miles it only raised the monthly payment by $113, a far cry from the additional $450 quotes I was getting elsewhere..
After searching for 7 months I knew my numbers so when Manhattan JLR posted a new promo in the beginning of August I viewed it on line, spoke with James, traveled into Manhattan to personally inspect the Vehicle and cut an incredible deal that day. The Credit Manager James Lanzarone was also honest and knowledgeable and did not try hard sell on any extras.
I now have had my vehicle for 5 days and I owe it all to “James” Zaku and James Lanzarone who made a long arduous process painless. I highly recommend them both as being very honest and knowledgeable professionals with no “airs” about them..
So if you are in the market for any JLR product….. contact Manhattan Land Rover and ask for “James” Zaku sooner than later.

Bad Used Cars Sales Services - sbrm
I was in touch with Michael Halpern, communicated via email on Used Cars Sale. Asked for some pics; received them. On Wednesday night we scheduled an appointment on the nearest Saturday. A few times on Friday I tried to get an appointment confirmation from Michael (email, SMS). he has never replied since. Through chat services on the dealer's website I tried to get a confirmation on the appointment some other way. I chatted with Shamoy R; been promised to get a response sooner than later...Again: never been contacted since. For me, it explains a lot.

I sold my car to Jaguar Land Rover/AutoNation and did not purchase anything at this time. From the beginning of my visit to the end there was clear communication, honest evaluation and helpful service. And there was no pressure to do anything other than the reason I came. poor customer service from the service dept. - unhappy rover driver
2017 range rover sport on second set of tires. this set of pirelli tires has 14000 miles on them and they're scalloped, meaning they make a thumping sound. dealer did alignment check and showed the alignment was fine. therefore the tires are defective or the dealer did not balance the tires properly.service dept basically said i was on my own. they wouldn't even take the time to call the tire manufacturer. i would think driving a $90,000. vehicle would warrant better service and concern for their customers. i'm also waiting for 3 days for the owner of the dealership to return my call.
