Had a great experience from start to finish. Jim Raysor is terrific to work with - professional, courteous, straightforward style and did not try to over sell or up sell additional services typically associated with most new car buying/leasing situations. Tom explained the features of the car and helped with initial setup for us and we were quite pleased with the overall experience. Jim shared the vehicle details in advance and we agreed on the terms and went in/out in 3 hours with a new vehicle.

Scheduled appt with loaner. Came in, nice adviser but no loaner and no part avail (I called in advance and was told they can't order part without appt. Yet he asked if I knew if part avail) So came in, no part, no loaner and told they'd call. No call. I called and service rep to call back. No call. I called again next day and service rep said he'd check on part and return call. No call. 2 days later called again, service receptionist said she'd check, came back and said they had reached out to me...No, I've been home all week. (Caller ID doesn't have any record of message or hang up). She put me on hold ...I waited, waited, waited. then never returned. No call back. Over a week. I'm done with the Jaguar Brand.

I actually went by the jaguar white plains on my way to another dealership looking for an LR4. They did not have any used LR4s but showed me a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles. Akil the sales rep was very professional and courteous. I decided to purchase the car. I asked them to email their proposal- which Akil did promptly. There was a bit of back and forth regarding rates etc. the bottom line was I wanted to purchase a vehicle from a professional dealership and these guys came through with flying colors. When I came to pick up the car I looked underneath- the car was spotless. Akil popped the hood. The engine looked brand new!
I assume the did quite a bit of work on the car to get it looking so good for a 6 year old car.
I was also given a 90 day warranty which did not even know was included. Had the car for a week- so far all good.
Thanks for your work Akil and Chris Gilberto the manager. I will probably go back in a few years to purchase a car here again.
