This was my daughter’s first car purchasing experience. She had a positive experience with working with our salesman Eli Adames. We recommended Eli to our daughter based on our friendship and previous purchases from him. Our daughter worked with Executive General Manager Ricky Williams to get a good deal on the car. Rick was patient and understanding with her as she learned her way through the process. Bobby in Finance was fun and enjoyable to work with. He helped us get a loan rate better than the local credit union. I would recommend this dealership and Eli to others.

I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite my financing being approved by Capital One, the dealership failed to respond to the bank's verification requests, causing the contract to never be funded. I was initially blamed for the failure, given contradictory explanations, and then threatened with legal action and unnecessary fees, including mileage charges, despite the issue being entirely their fault. Even after providing documentation from Capital One confirming the error was on their end, the dealership continued to intimidate me rather than resolve the situation amicably. The level of customer service and honesty here is unacceptable. I hope others think twice before doing business with this dealership.

This dealership is untrustworthy. Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them.

Randy Kelly nd Mike Martin made everything about buying this car and trading in two cars easy.
