I have been shopping around for the better part of 6 months to find my next vehicle. Tess was very helpful getting me setup with an appointment to look at the rav4's. Then Kelvin was my salesman when I got to the lot. He was not pushy, and I felt he helped me make an informed decision. Would absolutely do business with Vann York again. Kelvin has made a customer for life. Financing with Russell was also very easy, he gave me my options and was able to explain them in a concise matter. Most pleasurable buying experience for me, the early 2000's was the last time I was so satisfied with the buying process. Thank you all very much!! I will be recommending you guys if I know anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Very helpful. Everything went smooth. We had some small complaints about the car and our sales man was able to do exactly what we expected and negotiated with us on the few minor details. It worked out great

The person i would love to give Thanks to is Greg Moore he done an amazing job today getting me in my 2026 Rav4. He is very knowledgeable about the specs and features. He told me what he thought might happen and he made it happen. I am very grateful for Greg today he took the worry right out of me. I'm satisfied with how he explained in details step by step. I was thinking about settling for something I really didn't want and Greg gave me the quotes on the two vehicles I was considering after the explanation I walked out with what I wanted definitely satisfied with the payment amount. Never serving my vehicle again. Front pads scrubbing but had never been turned. They put new rotors without telling me charging $260 more than they should have. Also did not check my power steering level but checked it off as done. I stopped buying cars from them 15 years ago and now I'm completely done. I buy from Florence toyota.
