Awesome - Easiest car purchase I've ever made! - Bingzoom
Ian Gray was my Sales Consultant. He was super professional and personable. He was very helpful, answering all of my questions effectively, and I never felt pressured. Rice Toyota was the first ever dealership that sent me off with a full tank of gas and a tin of cookies. Each of these 'nice things' was unexpected and pleasantly surprising. I can't think of a single thing negative about my experience with Rice Toyota and Ian Gray. Thank you for helping to get me into a new car!

Wonderful experience all the way around - Taylor
I have never had such an easy car buying experience. From the moment we pulled up and were greeted by Alex, to the final signing with Leisha, I could not be more pleased. They have this down to a science in the most fabulous way.

One of the cleanest transactions I have had. Simple - TONYSSAUSAGE
We went in looking for a TRD Pro in Voodoo Blue. While that was available in another dealership we test drove a white one and agreed to buy it as it would be delivered, cleaned and gasses for pickup. We came back the following afternoon, looked over the vehicle, did a quick test drive and all was well, Went into Finance to do the paperwork and hand over our check and the car was ours. One bit of negotiation was quickly dealt with early on and the car was ours. About as simple as it gets. We are once again proud Toyota owners. This is our second Toyota product we purchased from a Fred Anderson Toyota dealer. Our first was a Scion that I passed to our daughter and still runs strong at 140K.

Beautiful XLE! - Georgia peach
I couldn't be happier with my "new" 2017 Camry! It is everything I had hoped for and the dealership was outstanding to work with. The salesman was warm, considerate and helpful in every way, even though the sale occurred at the end of a busy Saturday afternoon. There was no pressure to buy and I felt the integrity and professionalism from everyone with whom I worked. The acquisition of this little "buggy" made the trip from my home in Savannah well worth while. I highly recommend Greenville Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Personalized service aimed to please - FancyFran
The salesman Terry Noble listened to my wants and needs and gave me what I felt was very personalized service. He explained the features of the car I was interested in, and I feel worked out the best deal for me. No cars on the lot in my color choices, so they found what I wanted and said they would be available the following day if I decided to buy. After I decided to buy - a decision I "slept on" - the car was delivered to me, everything already taken care of. After bringing the car to me, he spent time going over the features of the car again and showing me how things worked. My entire experience with the salesman and with Massey Toyota was a positive one. The whole process, from my initial contact with the salesman to delivery right to my door took just a little over 24 hours. All I had to do was say "yes' I want that car. How easy was that!
Great customer service before and after the sale. - reldnil4
This is the second time we have purchased a brand new vehicle from Flow in Statesville, N.C. Our salesman was Cipri Negrutiu and really knew this vehicle's bells and whistles. John was easy to negotiate with and Joe completed our finance review.

Shady Sales Manager - Raynay
Hendricks Toyota of Concord, Buyer Beware!!!!!!! I have been shopping for a New/Used Toyota Tundra truck for quite some time and I finally found one that was exactly what I was looking for. I contacted Hendricks and spoke with a fantastic salesman, Thomas Murrell. Thomas was knowledgeable, helped me with whatever question I had and after a few days of going back and forth, settled on a price for a 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited TRD edition with 29k miles, for $37,800. I asked Thomas if I could put a deposit/hold on the Truck because I couldn’t get there until Saturday morning 7/27 because of work. Thomas stated he already spoke to the sale manager and told him I would be here on Saturday and we were good to go. Thomas and I spoke Friday 7/26 and told him I submitted the credit application to start the process and get that out of the way. Thomas acknowledged that it had been received and I would be financing $32,800 after putting $6,400 cash down. We had a casual conversation and ended by stating we would see each other at 9:30am Saturday morning. On Saturday at approximately 8:45am as I was about to walk out the door, I received a call from Thomas stating someone else was here with a check in hand to buy the truck and that another salesperson sandbagged us, knowing full well the truck was spoken for already. I told Thomas, the sales manager already knew we had a deal and that I was on my way. About two minutes later I received a call from Sales manager Jeffrey Reeves explaining that he would make it up to me and that he couldn’t/wouldn’t hold the truck for me and was selling it to the other guy, knowing full well Thomas and I struck a deal a few days prior and that I had filled out the credit app and was actually on my way up to purchase the truck when I was notified that the truck was being sold out from under me. Reeves continued the Political BS, stating he wouldn’t and couldn’t sell it to me now because the other person was already here and said they would make it up to me by selling me another truck. I explained I did NOT want another Truck, I want the one that was agreed upon. I explained to Reeves, this is exactly the reason people HATE the car business because of shady/slimy deals like this. Reeves is a spineless weasel just like the Salesperson that sandbagged my sales guy Thomas. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody because they can NOT be trusted. Reeves is your Typical Sales Manager that will do whatever it takes to screw someone over, no matter the cost. I want to thank Thomas Murrell for his courtesy, honesty and professionalism throughout this process, and told him, you are the one that should be the Sales Manager, not Reeves. Guys like Thomas are far and few between and his honesty and professionalism should not go unnoticed.
If you want a new/used Toyota, please go to Toyota of Gastonia, ask for Tracy Surratt, Tracy was honest, courteous and upfront with me from the word go. Couldn’t ask for nicer people to deal with.
Consistently great service - 2012car
I would definitely recommend Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington. They have provided consistently great service for my Prius since 2013. They provide the highest quality of service for a very fair price. The service advisors do a great job of explaining the current and future service needs of my Prius. I also appreciate that the service manager and general manager play an active role in assisting customers like myself.
Leasing new car - esdurrett
The lease was up on my 2017 Hyundai and I decided to return to driving a Toyota as I've had 4 in the past. Salesman Reece was pleasant, polite, and low pressure, and he did not treat me like he thought I was brainless. They bought out my old lease and got me into a new Camry Hybrid with all the safety features I requested.
Poor service and extortion - 2bib
Took my 2001 Highlander in for AC-DC issues after a local shop told me they weren't sure. I asked them to do the $110 diagnostic check to tell me what was wrong. After 2.5 hours, I was told that it just needed freon. They charged me $211 for the AC service. Then came out and told me that there was a large leak in the condenser. To vacuume the system and recharge, you need to draw a vacuum and pressurize the system, that leak should've been found on the diagnostic test. Then they wanted $700 to fix the condenser.
I repaired the condenser for $120. So I took I took it back to get it checked again, the condenser wasn't the problem, they said it was the high pressure switch and it was going to be another $600. Again, this should've been found during the diagnostic test. They told me that I can't replace just the switch, the tubing from the firewall to the condenser had to be replaced. $21 later, I replaced the switch. I had a local shop test the AC and it was working, but not turning on without jumping the compressor. Turns out it was the AC switch inside the car. The local shop charged me nothing to troubleshoot that in about 10 minutes.
Now... to replace the controll module inside, Modern wanted +/- $1000. I got one online for $125. Modern would've cost me close to $2500 to guess and take stabs at what was wrong with my car. Just very disappointed. This is why people gate going to dealers for repais. I have 3 Toyota Highlanders. Rice Toyota now has all my business. Such a shame. I was always loyal to Modern. Always. I feel like I lost a family member.
Fantastic Dealership - Greene1406

Awesome experience purchasing a car!!! - Merrick_17
First things first, I had an awesome experience buying my new car from Rick Hendrick Toyota, but more specifically, Ms. Jasmine Pecoroni. She was an absolute delight and answered every question I had and always kept in touch through the process! 10/10 would recommend buying a car from her if you’re in the market for a Toyota or Scion! She did an awesome job and couldn’t have had a better salesman/woman to help me out!
Beware of the Finance Dept!! - Raymond Gragg
If you are getting the "Dent Shield Protection" (Gardner) will tell you Paint Chips are covered under the warranty. IT IS NOT!!!! Also, make sure you read the contact for the Dent Shield because he won't give you the whole contract just the first page. He is a smooth talker...
HORRIBLE RUTHLESS DEALERSHIP - Terri
Just a warning to everyone considering buying from his dealership. Last Sunday we saw a used car offered on Rocky Mount Toyota’s website for sale. An email was sent that day to express interest and wanting to pan to see the car on Monday. Monday morning the dealership was contacted again expressing our interest and we started working with a salesman, Tre. (Not the mgr) We work in the Raleigh area and had to make arrangements for both of us to get off work early to go over to see the car. While my husband was driving to pick me up, he receives a text, not even a phone call, that the car was SOLD!. We were furious. I spoke to the general manager, Tre Turner, and he was an arrogant, condescending, and callous individual. His only comment was “ good so you were contacted that we sold the car”. No apology of course. He was very defensive of their position and said that it states clearly on their website that cars are sold on a first come first serve basis. He also stated that 80% of the people no-show when they say they’re coming to see a car. I was offended. We had been communicating with them all day expressing our interest in this vehicle and in no way lead them to believe we were hesitant or indecisive about this car. The only deal-breaker of the purchase would have been if they misrepresented the product in the online description and it was not the quality and condition as indicated online. This is nothing but a display of greed to it’s highest level. There is no reason to conduct business in such a hard, shrewd manner. If this dealership is going to offer the internet as a means of communication, then we were the “FIRST to come”. (FYI-we did offer a Credit card over the phone and they refused). So bottom line, it’s all about the money, not the customer at Rocky Mount Toyota. I doubt 80% of the people no show, and we should all be offended that the General Manager’s perspective is so negative of our region’s population. If you walk in with money, sure they’ll be your best friend.
WE HAVE MANY OPTIONS HERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. AND FOR YOU FOLKS THAT LIVE IN ROCKY MOUNT - YOU NEED TO MAKE A TRIP OVER TO OUR RALEIGH DEALERSHIPS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER BUYING FROM ROCKY MOUNT TOYOTA. We actually found the same car, 2 years newer, for $2400 less at JAGUAR RALEIGH. Thank you Jaguar Raleigh! They even waited until we got off work on Thursday to come up and see the car. WOW! What a concept, be accommodating to the customer.
Additionally, if you view my review on google, the General Manager, Tre Turner, personally has responded with a rather lengthy statement trying to support their unacceptable customer service at Rocky Mount Toyota. He tried saying we were inquiring about multiple cars and they were trying to arrange test drives making us sound indecisive. Well this is so misrepresented on their part. First of all, the 2 emails were mine any my husbands and they did I not have a chance to respond to any of our requests because we called them when they opened. On the initial call that my husband made and spoke to the salesman, Tre, 5 cars were inquired about only. Within 30 seconds, 3 of the 5 cars were excluded because they were in South Carolina! He failed to mention this in his misleading, snide response. So the only 2 cars that were momentarily discussed were the Lexus and Corolla . Within 1 min we were only discussing the Lexus and the Corolla was even excluded. So there again, this dealership will twist every bit of information around to make it sound like we were the incompetent ones. Business is all about them, not the customer.
***** If I can keep just one individual from buying atRocky Mount Toyota, I’ve done my due diligence. ******
Not good until I found the right people to work with - Not so happy
Eligah Lindberg our salesman, and Joshua the finance manager were great to work with, both being very professional, can't say the same for others...
Not really happy about being lied to. - Toyotamama
Our sales rep was amazing we loved Courtney. It was the finance department. Lied to us on prices. Added many fees they said wouldn’t be there. Lied about it being a better deal to finance the vehicle instead of buying when we originally went in to buy. Because my husband and I are young, when we looked over the contract they said we didn’t know what we were talking about. Honestly we will never be buying anything from this dealership ever again. Basically screwed us out of a lot of money.
Great salesman - Shon41
Great salesman and they made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before I signed any paperwork. Always a pleasure to work with Alton when purchasing a vehicle.
Fast Service - Bowman
Great service; super fast and friendly. Bay workers are helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone within the area. I will definitely be going back!
Waste of time - Ojudeh91
I called the dealership and made a appointment to purchase a used tundra they had on their lot. I drove 2 hours away just for them to tell me that they auctioned off the vehicle that same morning when it clearly shows on their computer that they had a appointment for me to come look at it. So they tried to sell me something "similar" with a little less miles for $5k more than the original truck I was suppose to purchase from them. They wouldn't work a deal with me knowing that it was their fault for auctioning the truck and that I traveled that far for nothing.
