Within less than 5 days of taking delivery of my 2006 RX 330, the check engine light came on. The car was repaired at no expense to me and is currently performing very well. The used car department covered the cost of the repair and provided me with a courtesy car (new 2017 RX 350). I appreciate the professionalism and their commitment to take care of the customer shown by the used car manager and the service department.

I recently brought in my Lexus for service due to the heater not working. It turned out a seemingly unrelated part was causing the issue. I liked the way the whole issue was explained to me not in a pushing kind of way but in a way I could easy understand and so could make a good decision. They gave me a loaner so they could overnight fix my issue and washed the outside and tidied up the inside of my car and also helping me with a small scratch get fixed with my touch up paint. Awesome service above and beyond!!!

Brought in Lexus vehicle for dash indicator light. Car in warranty with 9600+ miles and one year old. Service agent refused to evaluate my vehicle unless I paid $35-50 for the initial evaluation. This is a vehicle that is under warranty! He told me to get vehicle evaluated where I purchased it and not with Lexus of Toledo. Further chastised and insulted me by stating since I live in the area, I should have supported this Lexus dealer and purchased it here. Took vehicle to Yark Jeep/Dodge and work done for no charge to me or warranty. Based on the treatment I received, I would never purchase any vehicle from Lexus of Toledo
