I have dealt with Kevin through the either leasing or purchasing of 5 Lexus. He is personable, knowledgeable and gracious. Every question about the difference in features between my 2015 RX350 and the new 2020 RX350 was answered completely and in understandable terms. Kevin is the perfect sales representative as he reacts courteously with both the public and his fellow team members.
The entire atmosphere of the dealership is one of first class treatment of potential and existing clients. From the receptionists' pleasant greetings to the efficiency of the service department representatives, the client is meant to feel welcome and important.

Had a little difficult scheduling online but I believe there may have been an issue with the website that day. I did call and had no problem scheduling. Mike Swetnam is my service advisor; he is always helpful, polite and very considerate of my time and keeps me informed every step in the process. I have worked with Mike many times in the past and will continue to ask for Mike when I return. The issue was minor and fixed very quickly and correctly. While I was there waiting, I enjoyed a cup of their complimentary coffee and one of the breakfast snacks. When I get ready to purchase another Lexus, this is the place I will go.

Best car service I've ever experienced: always personable, fast, professional people. Nice to be expected and greeted by name! My husband bought a "spa day" for my car as a birthday gift for me. I hurt my back and was unable to drive up to pick it up during business hours. I called to ask if we could pick it up after-hours. Next thing I know, our service manager David calls me and says he's arranged to have it delivered to me and the loaner collected! A really nice guy named Tom Black brought my clean-as-brand-new car all the way down here, with a smile and kind words of sympathy. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and understanding. Thank you all so much!

Very poor service thus far. Don't get me wrong. Nicest and most soft-spoken people I have met. However, I have made over 100 calls, 60 voicemails, 20 follow up emails and dropped by 6 times to remind them of the refund check they owe me and I still haven't received it.
Mr. William Brooks authorized the refund in Feb 2020 and it's been 4 months of back and forth and still nothing. He is either always busy or dodging my calls or gone for lunch or it's his day off. Clearly, doesn't value my time or mesages. Most people would get frustrated at this point and may not follow up anymore on the $1000+ refund. Very disappointed with the dealership and Mr. Brooks. Would not recommend a Lexus to any of my friends anymore. Adieu.
Bottomline: Lexus of Dayton delaership service is good only as long as you are with them. No better than other OEMs then.

It was very pleasant car purchase experience. Went in for oil change on my 2012Ct and left with a 2027 NX. Had been thinking about another Suv and fid not know about the NX. Chris was in waiting room and I started talking to him and he suggested the Nx. Love the car. Good decision. It's my 4th Lexus. Still have my 2002 convertible (18,000 miles)

Brought in Lexus vehicle for dash indicator light. Car in warranty with 9600+ miles and one year old. Service agent refused to evaluate my vehicle unless I paid $35-50 for the initial evaluation. This is a vehicle that is under warranty! He told me to get vehicle evaluated where I purchased it and not with Lexus of Toledo. Further chastised and insulted me by stating since I live in the area, I should have supported this Lexus dealer and purchased it here. Took vehicle to Yark Jeep/Dodge and work done for no charge to me or warranty. Based on the treatment I received, I would never purchase any vehicle from Lexus of Toledo
