Great car buying experience - 00213
Kat and team ensured my first car buying experience was as simple and informative as possible. Kat was very knowledgeable about the features and capabilities of the 2018 cx-5 GT, and made sure I tested out and understood the amazing features such as lane assist, blind spot monitoring and radar cruise control during my comprehensive test drive of the vehicle. During financing, Kat was very helpful in helping determine whether to lease or buy, and thoroughly explained the differences between them. When it came down to the final paperwork, sales manager Daniel made sure the process was as quick as possible and helped me choose the coverage for the vehicle that was right for me. Just don't steal his pen. People always steal his pen. (I almost stole his pen.) If you are in the market for a Mazda, I would definitely recommend having Mazda of Gladstone on your short list. TLDR - The cars are great, the associates are amazing, and don't steal Daniel's pen.

My salesman Moorland was great to work with, no stress and I took my time deciding what I wanted. Multiple test drives, different exploration of options available, and questions answered! Since I had not purchased anything new in over 20 years, I only had not so memorable bad experiences with other dealerships - pushy salesmen, salesmen trying to steal sales, people talking down to me because I'm not a man... BUT Herzog Meier Volkswagen was opposite of any experience I have ever had. Polite, respectful, and NOT pushy. I appreciate also how I can go back anytime if I need anything or have questions about the car. It doesn't end after the papers are signed. It will be fun to get to know my Tiguan!

Gave Tyler Grannis a call asking if he could find a newer F150 with some criteria He called back in an hour finding one about 400 miles away, but was willing to go get it himself and transport if we committed to buy.
