Great customer service. Major work done so a loaner, a nice 300 SUV, was provided for the two days the car was in for servicing. Rack and pinion steering and steering fluid reservoir and steering fluid replaced. They replaced a rear wiper blade and fixed a broken panel on the passenger seat that covers the controls for seat adjustment and still came in under estimate! Very highly recommended for major work and very reasonable for routine oil changes which we always have done there ever since we got our ML 500 over ten years ago which with their assistance continues to run like a Timex watch at over 200,000 miles: it takes a licking and keeps on ticking!

The service that we received was very out standing, no pressure to buy, we started the deal over the phone and when we got to the dealership the next morning, we were greeted with open arms as if we were a long lost family member. We have never been treated so great at any other dealership. Other dealerships, no matter what make or model, should take all their training in customer service from this dealership. We were treated with respect and kindness. We give them an A++++. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Absolutely nonprofessional, horrible service!
This is my second experience with Mercedes- Benz of Bend and it is horrible again ... I made an appointing for a seasonal tires change at month ago (I chose available time and day) I had an appointment for 9.30 AM on April 15, 2021. I brought my car according to my appointment time. The Mercedes- Benz of Bend staff told me that tires on my car will be changed within a maximum of 2 hours. I took a taxi and drove at home. After 3 hours I came by taxi again and asked if I could pick up off my car? But they told me what they don't have time for my car and not even going to start working with my car yet. I should arrive a few hours later, but they don't know what time and I should wait until evening!
- Why to promise to start work at 9.30 AM and nobody know at what real time they can start and finish work?
In November 2020, I had a service at Mercedes- Benz of Bend too. After work was done, they print for me record with history of my car - when I looked at it carefully, I saw completely fake mileage for my car (the mileage of my car was increased by more than 5K miles!) Nobody apologized for poor quality work.
And now spring 2021 - again this horrible and nonprofessional work!
Highly not recommend this "company", you will only waste your time and money! Be very careful and check all records from them - an unpleasant surprise may await you.

I am a long time client of Mercedes-Benz of Eugene and recently purchased a used GLE. After having lived in multiple cities and dealing with other Mercedes-Benz dealers, I can say that the customer service at this dealer is unmatched. They go above and beyond for every client; the car buying process is always seamless and the service department always does a stellar job. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs and after every appointment, your car is always washed and clean, which is not the case at most dealers. They make every aspect of the car buying and service experience easy for the client from offering to pick up and deliver your car for service to always delivering prompt responses when seeking finance questions during the buying process. I have always felt that pricing has been fair for purchasing vehicles, as well as service delivery. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Eugene!
