It was a wonderful new car buying experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. My sale adviser -Thien Do - answered all my hard questions and meticulously explained every single package/option.
I visited the dealership on multiple days and test-drove multiple vehicles based on different objectives. For instance, in one evening, Thien demonstrated the Advanced Lighting Package thereby allowing me to compare the differences of headlights and the indoor ambient lights. Consequently, I was able to preciously customize my vehicle order a set of features I need. While awaiting the vehicle delivery, Thien kept me posted on weekly basis and provided very accurate estimate.
Even after I picked up my new car, Thien still continued following up my questions on operating some of the advanced features. Thanks Thien, you've done an outstanding job!

I had been looking for a 5 Series BMW for quite some time. I required certain options. It was a perfect fit, as far as the car was concerned.
Contacted the dealer and came in for my appointment the following day. The staff was very professional, courteous, polite and were not high pressure in any way whatsoever.
The entire process took minimal time (I was already financed through my Credit Union) and before I knew it, I was out the door with a super low mile car with the options and colors I wanted.
For the life of me, I can't remember the sales lady name that helped me, but she was awesome.

I went there to find out if they have the type of car I am looking for or if tgey can help me to find. One of the sales representative came to me and was very helpful. I told ehat I am looking for, but they didnt have, so he took my information and told me to call if they have that var avaliable. He was super nice and helpful. Than an other sales representativ (manager level) come to me and he said he found something he can show. He invited to his office and show the car. I had several question so he lost his patience and not replying those wuestions and almost throw me out of his office. I was dressed in gym clothes and also was in a wheelchair and I pulled in with an older car. I think he thought I am not a potential buyes, so he treat me like I never was treated in my whole life and I mean the wrong dispespectuf way. Never will go back there...

The service that we received was very out standing, no pressure to buy, we started the deal over the phone and when we got to the dealership the next morning, we were greeted with open arms as if we were a long lost family member. We have never been treated so great at any other dealership. Other dealerships, no matter what make or model, should take all their training in customer service from this dealership. We were treated with respect and kindness. We give them an A++++. Thank you for everything you did for us.
