Clean, seems well run, and mostly efficient. The service manager was nice to work with. Making an appointment took a little time through the automated system. I prefer speaking with someone. It is extremely disappointing that this dealership won'twash a car with a matte finish. A past bad experience penalizes all that do have a matte finish car. For the money we pay for service and the car cost overall, you should be able to figure out a solution. Hearing about some issue with a past customer's car isn't my problem. At least vacuum the inside as well.

These guys are great. Nicole in Service single handedly brought me back by being professional kind respectful and helpful and knowledgeable. I hated this old dealer and quit going there after buying 2 cars and getting service there but the old sales dept gouged and I didn’t trust the service department. It seems they have new owners and new employees. After speaking with Nicole who has only been there 2 years I felt confident again that I would be treated well and my car well cared for. I took it for an over due service and they have turned me back to using them again. I am so thankful because having a local dealer is so much easier and freeing. Thank you Nicole the dealership owes you a bonus and I hope they keep you.
