I bought a brand new 4Runner just under two months from this dealership, had nothing but problems with it. Brought the vehicle back twice within a month for the same problem that was never resolved. I reached out to the General Manager, Paul to express my concern…crickets. I reached out to my salesman, Enrique….crickets. I met with the Service Manager and he admitted something was wrong with the vehicle after a test drive. He recommended a field tech to come out and look at it since it was a bigger issue than what Greico wanted to take on. A month now has gone by and still nothing. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. Buyers beware!
