Outstanding response on car inspection.From the time I entered facility until I picked up my car It was a totally good experience.Every interaction was timely,accurate and pleasant.Pulled up to garage at 7:30….registered with very pleasant young lady and by 8:18 I picked up inspected car and was on my way.When ready for purchase of new car this will be my first stop.

Service dept representative was very helpful. I had originally scheduled oil change and state inspection. However, when he checked the mileage and last service, he advised I still have time before it needed to get done. But then he realized this would be the last free oil change and so he said it can be done if I want. I agreed and everything was done as promised after a little over an hour.

Recently visited Balise Toyota of Warwick for the first time. I needed a repair on my undercarriage of my Rav4. I left my car with the service department and they ordered my part. There was a little break down in communication when calling to check on the status of my repair. The gentleman who waited on me, Jeffrey Fagundes, waved the charge for my repairs and absolutely treated me with total respect. I was totally shocked at the generosity and the understanding of the situation. Thank you so much Jeff! I'll see you next month for my new tires
