This dealership will give you false information about approval and rates before even checking with their financial department. Took a deposit from me and requested almost triple the amount the next day. I declined and asked for a refund. A month later still not refunded. Staff says there is no phone number I can call or anyone i can talk to. I had a dispute with my bank and was told to cancel it, and they would refund me. When I went back with the canceled dispute, they still said they couldn’t give me the money and there was noone i could complain to.
