Always had good experience with their service until today. Dropped the car off at 1:30 p.m. for a 1:45 appointment. Went across the street for lunch and came back at 2:15 p.m. to pick up car. Saw car outside and assumed it was serviced. Went to see Service Assistant to pick up keys but she said the service mechanic had not left off paperwork. Approach Service rep. at 1:20 p.m. and asked the status. Informed that car not brought into garage. I asked for Service Mgr. but informed on vacation and nobody left in charge. Rep. advised car would be brought in immediately, took 5 minutes to rotate tires and perform multipoint check???? Not happy with Valenti, they should have informed me they were backed up. If I did not push the wait would have been much longer, this is unacceptable behavior for a family business who thrives on being World Class Service.

My wife wanted me to get a new car, so i stopped by Toyota and was warmly greeted by Dan . he welcomed us in and explained to us all of these benefits of buying from Toyota in Smithfield. we were blown away! he spent a short ammount of time helping us figure out what exactly we wanted and what fit our budget ( i honestly had no idea what I wanted) When we purchased my wifes car elswhere we had a horrible experience. once we were ready to move forward we called our insurance and the payment was so high we could never afford both. Dan litterally took the phone from us and started calling insurance companies for us. We sat at his desk for over an hour while he sat on his phone working it all out for us. He above and beyond to help me. I couldnt be happier. everyone their is super friendly. dan introduced us to all of the managers before we even decided to buy, they were al very nice and said hello and even joked around with us, we felt like family. thank you

There was some miscommunication between myself and the service department that lead work being done that I wouldn't have authorized if I had known it wasn't covered.
The service manager was quick to reach out to me and worked with me to make things right.
I've had no issues with them in the past and mistakes were on both sides so I can look past it and I'll go back. I'll just make sure to ask more questions next time.
