On October 15, 2025, I visited the dealership to help my mother, Alice F. Petrik, whose key fob needed a new battery. Jeff Humpal, who IS my mother's nephew, greeted me rudely and refused to provide the battery for free, despite my mother's long-time patronage. I attempted to explain that I was willing to pay for the battery and that it was for my mother's car, which was stuck in her garage. I felt disrespected by Humpal and the service staff, and I shared my negative experience with my mother afterward. Despite the poor treatment I received, I plan to return with her next week to resolve the issue with her non-functioning fob and express my concerns again.
