I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024. - Angelia

I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024.for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, replace spark plugs, replace drive belt, battery service, cleaning of the terminals. I had my car serviced six (6 months ago) in September 2023, yet the tech in September did not advise me of these things needed to be done. Filters are not going to get as filthy as they were (the tech text a photo) in 6 months. So why didn't the tech in September know this. Also the tech March 12, 2024 states the front struts need to be replaced. It seems the tech in September 2023 did not go a very good job. I am not PLEASED, when I bring my vehicle in for service I am trusting that the tech is fully trained and would advise me of what repairs are needed, THANKS to the tech on March 12, 2024 who made these recommendations,

I just bought a 2019 Z4 from another dealer, but took it in to BMW of Nashville for a checkup and to check on an alignment issue. Turned out it was pretty severe suspension damage from the prior owner and a pothole. Joseph kept me up to date the entire time, explained everything, was very professional, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. It's good to have a service department you can trust. I will stick with Joseph and BMW of Nashville from now on.

they list a used bmw as cpo but they only change the oil based on what i have seen(..ie windshield seal and bottom tray coming apart) they dont check any other items even tho the web site for cpo says they check hundreed ? items.lol YOUR BUYING AS IS when you are given the paper work and the car is past org warranty you are asked to sign a buy as is --even tho IT IS A CPO veh. Re; service for my previous bmw in 2012. i decided to change the oil at 30k miles and what i saw in the oil filter tells me it had NEVER BEEN CHANGED.. it was 80% clogged and i have worked on cars for 40 yrs and never seen such a clogged filter.HOPEFULLY they have made better in recent yrs.

Lino got my car in and out quickly and for a great rate. I would recommend carsmart and their car service center to anyone but I would encourage you to stop in and speak to Lino about anything you may need because he will figure out a way to make it happen for you.
