I was having trouble with my driver side headlight and popped into Toyota of Cool Springs without an appointment to see if I could get some help on an easy fix . Casey had squeezed me into the schedule and got my problem taken care of pretty quickly and also pointed out that my battery had gone bad after a basic inspection. I felt confident leaving Toyota that my car was in good hands and my problems have been taken care of.

What started off badly turned good. After work done to my Maverick for a recall, the passenger seat belt was jammed. I called 3 times and only got an automated answering machine. Finally Chris returned my calls and after apologizing he set to work repairing the truck and the service department's reputation. They came to my house to get the truck, repaired it and returned it without fuss. I still hate the automated phone system, but they did a good job fixing the problem they created on my truck.

Had rear brakes installed. Told me I needed a new battery, so opted for that as well. Didn't tell me the front brakes needed replacing until they were done. Had they told me up front, I'd have replaced them as well. Now I have to waste another day while the front brakes are serviced. They did a good job, just didn't respect my time.

I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024. - Angelia

I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024.for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, replace spark plugs, replace drive belt, battery service, cleaning of the terminals. I had my car serviced six (6 months ago) in September 2023, yet the tech in September did not advise me of these things needed to be done. Filters are not going to get as filthy as they were (the tech text a photo) in 6 months. So why didn't the tech in September know this. Also the tech March 12, 2024 states the front struts need to be replaced. It seems the tech in September 2023 did not go a very good job. I am not PLEASED, when I bring my vehicle in for service I am trusting that the tech is fully trained and would advise me of what repairs are needed, THANKS to the tech on March 12, 2024 who made these recommendations,
