Today’s service experience was another circus! My first appointment was 6/19/25 at 2:00 PM. Waited over ten minutes just to get under the portico - then another five minutes for a service tech - who advised a wait for 1.5 hours for an oil change. This was unacceptable, so I made a new appointment for today, 6/20/25 at 9:00 AM. A repeat of the previous day’s circus! Finally left car and went inside to physically select a tech to wait on me! He finally gets my paperwork done and I walk across to the main showroom and request to speak to the service manager. I’m taken back to the service area and the manager is notified I’m waiting to speak with him. I stand there another ten minutes with no response, so I returned to the waiting room. About 10-15 minutes later the Assistant Manager comes to me… I related to him (T.J.) that his manager (Don Wheeler) needs to be attentive to customers physically in the dealership instead of staying on the phone this entire time - as T.J. Advised he had been! As a former business owner myself, I learned (and practiced) that if you are short-handed you take care of customers yourself- the ones that are physically bringing their business to you- and return phone messages later when time allows!
There are no acceptable excuses for yesterday or today’s lack of customer service and care! Obviously, making appointments makes no difference at all!!’
