The front facia has dings in it and the grille is broke above the driver headlight/all clips are not even in the bumperfrom the grille. Car still has warranty on it and they still don't care? I purchased my Toyota Highlander new from this dealership 2 years ago and really had problems with the service department fixing some warranty issues. For one warranty repair I had to take it back 3 times before they finally fixed the problem. I was very frustrated with the way I was treated and how I had to wait around for someone to help me and then they seemed to be put out by my being there. There was no shuttle service so I simply had to either wait or get my wife to come pick me up. After one warranty oil change I asked if they could run my car through the car wash and they said they could if I could give them another 20 to 30 minutes. So frustrating--and I bought the car from them!
Well, my car had a recall issue a couple weeks back and I caught myself wishing I could take it someplace else to get the repair done but I called and made an appointment. To my surprise things had changed. No more scantily clad women there to snub me at check-in but rather I got friendly, efficient assistance. They offered me a shuttle to take me home since it would be a 4 hour repair. They also came and picked me up when my car was done and it was done ahead of schedule! There was a quick check-out and when I went to where my car was parked they had even washed it without my asking! So I would move this dealership up from one star to 4. I hope it continues.

I bought a 2018 Honda CR-V EXL, it was brand new. The stereo kept on freezing up and I made several calls to customer service they said there was probably something with the electronics as they were not able to see anything on the Honda Link. The system would play on Pandora for like 10 minutes, then it would reboot, and then it would freeze and would show, "No Device Found." You had to turn the car off and reset it to get working again. It was really annoying. I bought a 2020 CR-V touring, and that one, the stereo works fine, even in Pandora which I was told at the dealership that there was an issue with Pandora. The stereo was swapped twice and the issue was never fixed. I never received a compensation either for all that inconvenience.
