I and my daughter visited several dealerships and have decided we are never going anyplace except Ken Graff. And will ask for Jeremy! I actually left the dealership without purchasing a vehicle. And they let me! Lol! I called Jeremy the next day and said I was ready to make a deal but was pressed for time so wanted to wait until I came back from out of town. Jeremy said no need to wait. He delivered the paperwork.... And the car... To my door.... An hour later! Unheard of! Jeremy is now my hero! Thanks for a wonderful experience in buying a car! Who knew it could happen!

I have never had such a great experience in a car dealership like I had last Tuesday at Stephen Wade! Joe Baughman was so nice to us and even when he is a new agent he helped us a ton. Mark also was really nice to us and make thing happen for us and our family. We love our new car!!!

Service adviser was great, top notch, 5 star.. don,t remember who he was. Car wash left hard water spots on paint, chrome and windows. took me a long time to get them removed, this is unacceptable to me. will not let you wash it again. there were greasy hand prints on the hood, even after the wash. easier to remove than water spots though.

We have had nothing but problems since purchasing our Honda Accord here. We were involved in an accident that destroyed the left side of the car. We took it to Honda to fix. Since the accident wasn't our fault, we did not have to pay the deductible. The man asked if we would also like to have the front bumper and headlight fixed since we didn't have to pay the $500 deductible. This damage was from a different incident so we clarified SPECIFICALLY that we would not have to pay the deductible. He assured us that it would all be included together and nothing would be due. Well of course we go to pick up the car today and they say they processed them as two separate claims and we could not have the car until $500 was paid. Though the employee was at fault, there is absolutely nothing management would do about it.
To top it off, the headlight is STILL out and there is a NEW scratch on the back bumper that was not there. (We have photos as proof of the day of the accident that there was no damage to the back).
Get it together Honda. You're all about money and couldn't care less about customer service. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

I took it there for their expertise, and based upon their rating here. Given what they said they did to discover the problem, I’m told the tech likely spent less than 15 minutes getting the car to the hoist, discovering the problem, double checking stuff, and getting back to the lot from off the hoist. I’m pretty sure the tech didn’t get paid more than 25% their hourly wage for that 15 minutes, but the shop made more than their regular hourly shop rate. I expected to pay something, but not 5 times the equivalent of that 15 minutes. So they made 5 times what they would have for that 15 minutes on some other car, and the tech didn’t. For comparison, two examples from the past 8 months: We took a different car to a local non-dealership shop, and they spent a half hour diagnosing 2 things, and didn’t charge me a dime — dying alternator and transmission. Took a different car to a different local shop chain, and they spent 5 minutes looking under the hood and didn’t charge me anything — piston through wall. LHM Honda Murray lost a customer before they got one, and now have lost any others who I speak with.

Our family car needed to be replaced, and at the same time, we were looking for an additional car for the boys to drive. Unfortunately, it is a very busy time of the year for us. After doing a few test drives and negotiating approximate pricing, we decided on going with a Honda CRV and a Civic. We also wanted to trade in our old car. With limited time to do everything that we needed to do, I arrived at the dealership after 3:30 pm, driving the trade-in. Oh, and BTW, my wife wasn't able to be there, but we wanted both of our names on the titles of the new vehicles --
I brought enough information that they could process the paperwork to the point that they would just need her signature. Also, the dealership needed to get the Civic from another location. This had the makings of a stressful nightmare for all involved.
Isaac, our salesman, was patient and informative throughout the whole process. We worked on all of the details, got the Civic delivered, processed the trade in, went over and set the personal settings on the two new cars, got both cars cleaned up and ready to go, and had two sets of paperwork all signed and processed, but just needing my wife's signatures. We also needed to get both cars home. I drove one car, Isaac drove the other, and another employee followed us to my house. At about 6:30 pm, just three hours after I went to the dealership, Isaac and the other employee we're driving away from our house, and the two new cars had found their new home.
If you are familiar with car dealerships and the extensive process it is to do a car sale and all of the aspects of this, you will likely be amazed that Isaac and Stockton 12 Honda were able to pull it off. They probably set a record, considering all the variables. We were not easy customers to deal with, and this was definitely not a normal sale, nor should reasonable people expect to go through the process in such a rushed manner. It does show that the dealership was willing to do all that they could to make the sale happen and to meet our demanding schedule. Thanks guys, I promise the next time we'll make it a little easier on everyone.:-)
