I would probably have given 5 stars, but after I bought the car, I had some questions about my blue tooth connectivity...I don't feel satisfied with the answers I got (from an I.T. guy at the dealership)...However, the sales people and the finance guy were great!

My mother-in-law bought her Honda CR-V there. We took it there because the battery died so they replaced it free. Then they recommended other maintenance that was unnecessary - such as replacing the rear differential oil. Her car only has 18,000 miles on it. I told her never to go there again.
