I called the service center because a warning light came on in my E350. Tammy in the service center got my car in very quickly, and arranged a loaner for overnight. After a very thorough check, my car is fine and fully serviced. I could not have asked for better service. Great car and fantastic dealership and service!

We had an exceptional first time experience today looking at a used vehicle at Priority Infiniti in Chesapeake, VA. The showroom is beautiful and well appointed with snacks & drinks & clean restrooms for visiting customers. We were greeted warmly by Darrell Johnson, who was patient and funny and thoughtful. He showed us the used car we had seen online and was very educational about Infiniti, having been a long time member of the team. He was patient, kind and honest. In the end, Sales Manager Dave, along with Darrell, offered us a deal on a new vehicle we just couldn't pass up. The entire process from arrival to departure was done in under 4 hours and we left with a brand new beautiful vehicle. Vince, the Finance Manager, was also thorough, knowledgeable, organized & so very pleasant. We are repeat Infiniti customers (past experience at another dealership), but the customer service & fine attention we received today far bypassed our past Infiniti experiences. Not Your Average Car Dealer - FPW
Sheehy is not your average car dealer! They are just heads above the pack when it comes to focusing on, and showing real genuine interest in their customers. What I was impressed with the most is how patient they were during the entire purchasing process of our new QX60. We were able to test drive the two vehicles we had selected before making a final choice of the QX60. I was initially interested in only the 2020 model, but our salesman, Dennis Dunning informed me that while that decision was entirely up to me, he could help me save a lot more if I considered the 2019 model.
Dennis had contacted me periodically via cell phone, email and text before my wife and I were finally able to make an appointment to come in and test drive. He was waiting for us when we arrived and greeted us like we were family; which is not what your average car dealer does these days. After we had decided we wanted to purchase the QX60, with the option packages I had previously advised Dennis that I wanted, it came down to exterior and interior color selection. Dennis immediately went to work and in 10 minutes or so found the vehicle with all of the options we wanted!
All of the paperwork was completed seamlessly, and the car was delivered on the day and time we selected that was most convenient for us. During the test drive process Dennis took a lot to time going over the technical aspects of the vehicle and how things worked; which included us viewing several videos, and downloading a nifty app. This is a clear example of why I say, Sheehy is not your average car dealer. I can honestly say after having purchased and leased numerous vehicles over the years (lots of years) this was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had!

End of model year so the exact car I was looking for was hard to find. But they found one immediately and sent a representative to get it.
