Brought my 2017 Acura RLX in for service, needed an alignment, possible tie rods and tire issues addressed. Jessi, my service advisor did a great job, along with service tech Omar. They spent the time needed to determine it wasn't a mechanical issue, but an issue with faulty tires (brand new) that I had just bought from a tire dealer. I really appreciate Jessi and Omar taking the extra time to determine the real issue, highly recommend the Priority service team!
