Drive axle was broken, warranty thank goodness, parts were order the following Monday. When part got to them, my vehicle was fix and I was on my way. Paul and everyone I spoke with were great. Here I was from out of state and they made feel like I was a neighbor and right at home. Thank you Paul.

This dealership was fine. Clean waiting areas, and quite.
No coffee was served in the waiting area.
But had plenty of choices out of vending machines.
Timely wait, but explained fully why it was taking a little longer.
Given an explanation of needed service, and returned the vehicle shortly!

I had the pleasure of dealing With Sara. She was amazing. I brought in one of my work vehicles and asked that it be done asap so it could be back out on the job where it is greatly needed. Sara made it happen. She corresponded with me through the whole process with status reports and costs up front. It was the best experience with a dealership I've ever had. I will be bringing my other dodge vehicles to Marlow motors.

This place sucks. Had my rear differential installed only... - Grey
This place sucks. Had my rear differential installed only to find my rear floor had been damaged. They agree to fix the damage ,and took weeks to get to it . I had to get upper management involved. The body shop then turns around and suggest that my jack in the trunk caused the damage despite the fact that the mechanic never mentioned this prior damage to his boss and i have a letter from the mechanic owning up to it . They repair the floor as a "courtesy " to me ,even though they believe i did it . They repair the floor ( patch work basically) and i get the car back . Driving home my radio is now not working or the heated seats ,so i return to them and the check the fuses, and nothings blown . They look under the passenger seat which was removed by the body shop and don't see a "module" for the heated seats to be connected. They then basically tell me my sports car has buttons for heated seats ,but it was either broke when i bought the car there or it was implied that my seats may not be the original seats for my car . A mechanic as i and the service manager go back and forth removes the seats and lifts the carpet to find an unplugged heated seat module . During our debate he called over the guy who put the seat in to replay his steps and this is important because the guy that did the seats was the " alignment guy / mechanic" . The importance of this part is because when i had the floor done i specifically said i didnt want anybody touching my car outside of the body shop and they agreed to that only to get caught in a lie ,thus the reason the guy missed the plug.I looked at my car throughly today to find a large scuff mark down the passenger door and over spray on the car that came from the body shop . After the seat hot back working They agreed to pay for another dealership to look at my radio issue. This dealership may not be bad people ,but they have some very inexperienced people running it and thats going to be that shops downfall . I wouldn't recommend anybody having major work done there and if you do please video and take pictures of your car for evidence,or literallystand there and watch them work.. I personally won't every go back there.

I purchased a 2010 Tahoe several years ago and was talked... - Frustrated
I purchased a 2010 Tahoe several years ago and was talked in the service program.
I brought my vehicle into the "express" oil change lane for its first oil change. There was no "Express" about it. 3 1/2 hours later it was done. Talked to service manager who was very uncaring about the time.
Second oil change was an hour and a half.
Today went for the third and asked if it was going to be an extended time. Was told there was one vehicle in front of me. I waited for and hour in the customer area and then walked around. I saw my vehicle with it hood up and a funnel in the oil spout. OK. Almost done. Wrong. The 3 mechanics were standing by the vehicle giggling and talking. Waited a half our and still no work on vehicle. I talk to a customer who came in after me and he told me that he was in for an oil change and inspection and it took one hour. I went to the mechanics and asked if the vehicle was done. I was told that the oil dispensing machine broke down. Another mechanic was walking by and he said that there was oil on the counter in the parts area. The mechanics went to get the oil and fifteen minutes later the vehicle was finished finally. Then took service adviser 15 minutes to figure out the paper work.
If you want an "express" change don't go here. Unfortunately I have two more oil changes on my contract so I HAVE to go. Would no recommend to anyone.

I hate to put another review here. My car has been in the shop now 8 days. I have been told daily that the parts will be here Tomorrow, Tomorrow. Called again today and once again the parts are not here. I am at a loss for words. I wish I would have taken the car to someone else. Evidentially my little $2400 repair is not big enough to warrant service in a timely fashion.
As much as I dislike having to go to any dealership for... - Brandon
As much as I dislike having to go to any dealership for anything, this last trip was the worst. So I took my Jeep into the Ourisman CJD of Alexandria for service. First off, they do not offer a loaner car or have rental car services. They do have a courtesy ride service, but only within what I'm guessing is a 5 mile radius as it cost me $30.00 one way, 6.2 miles to get home and the same to return once my car was ready. Then, the service technician said that they would conduct a courtesy inspection which would include fluid check and top off and tire pressure check and inflate if needed. Neither of which happened as all 4 tires displayed a different psi for each tire and fluids were not stopped off. After watching my car sit in the service exit line for 15+ minutes, I finally asked a guy if it was ready to which he replied "yup, it's been ready". As far the worked performed, from what I could see it appears they simply spliced the wires and taped them back together with electrical tape, not installed new wiring harness and connector as I was initially told they would. I am greatly disappointed and upset with them as should Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge should be for having their name associated with this dealership and their lack of quality service!
wrote this review over a month ago. They still have not... - shx
wrote this review over a month ago. They still have not gotten back to me about the navigation system they ordered that we prepaid for. They sent me a text about feedback and hoping they met my expectations but haven't responded on any of crap they've neglected.
Worst service of our life. We diagnosed our check engine light and it was a simple issue of replacing a thermostat. We called ahead, dropped it off Sunday for a Monday 7 am appointment, and didn't hear back until Wednesday. It doesn't sound like they honored the appointment at all. Then in the middle of the workday they said they needed the warranty information - which their office assured me they could pull from the Koons system when I called and asked specifically about that. They used that as a pretext to justify the delay in a a two hours job. It's now been ten days without our car, and we have had to babysit Koons every step of the way, calling them multiple times a day after talking to the warranty, reminding them to contact them and provide invoices, having them blame us for not providing warranty info while we were at work which caused about a six hour wait, and the Koons rep said "Well, I called but they put me on hold for so long." It's still your job! Koons also insisted we need a coolant flush but that our warranty wouldn't cover it even though it was necessary for the thermostat - then insisted we don't need to call them and check, because nobody ever covers it (???). Of course, when we did get in touch our warranty confirmed it wasn't necessary, so that's an extra $250 out of pocket that we shouldn't have allowed. Plus, our warranty said they got the invoice Tuesday morning of this week, even though Koons told me they filed the paperwork last week. We have been trying to pick up our car for three days and if I didn't continuously contact both sides I think this would go on for three more. The worst part is we'll have to take it back because their delay in ordering means the new navigation system isn't here yet, but we literally need our car. And forget a loaner, certainly nobody offered. Disrespectful, lazy, and dishonest service.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep wrangler a month ago from... - mainorcastro12
I purchased a 2013 Jeep wrangler a month ago from Southern Norfolk Airport Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT with extended warranty for 3 years that I have been told on multiple occasions covers everything on the jeep "bumper to bumper" regardless of issue. Brought my car into service 2 weeks after my purchase to check out a problem of it stalling out since I've had it and was finally told 2 weeks later that it doesn't cover this issue (vacuum pump and sensor failed) and I would have to pay $1000 or not get it fixed. Very Frustrating because on numerous occasions, even as recent as Tuesday 6/29 that yes warranty covers it and but service dept. claims it doesn't and at this point is very frustrating, annoying and a complete 180 from the customer service this dealership prides itself upon. Horrible customer service. My mother also co-signed and was present during all the paper work and was told the same thing I have been told.

This dealership does terrible for service. They have had out truck for over 4 months! They don't communicate at all. They have had backorders on parts that we have to continuously call and check on. They claim they have fixed the truck then all of a sudden there is another error message. They said the repair would take 3 days and here we are months later! Don't buy anything here or take your vehicle to be serviced.
Sales experience was not great. Salesperson drove me... - Scott
Sales experience was not great. Salesperson drove me around in a beat up 20 year old Jeep Cherokee to look at vehicle in a remote lot and cussed a lot. Finance guy wanted to play games with the interest rates. Service department was initially pretty good until the last time when they tried to charge us for the “complimentary” rental for a safety recall. It took them a couple extra days longer to get the parts in than we were originally told and they said we were responsible for the rental charges for those extra days. It took over an hour and escalating our complaint up the chain to get the charge dropped and they stated we wouldn’t be eligible for a “complimentary” loaner again in the future. No problem because we’ll never be back.
