Very helpful and friendly Service Department. I dropped off my car the night before and got a text as soon as they pulled my car in for service (Oil Change). They recommended a couple other things but did not push me to do them (I like that). The new building is beautiful including the service department, and the staff reflect that beauty. Thing one thing that wasn't complete was the resetting of my oil change alert on my dash, but I can do that.

Drive axle was broken, warranty thank goodness, parts were order the following Monday. When part got to them, my vehicle was fix and I was on my way. Paul and everyone I spoke with were great. I purchased a 2010 Tahoe several years ago and was talked in the service program.
I brought my vehicle into the "express" oil change lane for its first oil change. There was no "Express" about it. 3 1/2 hours later it was done. Talked to service manager who was very uncaring about the time.
Second oil change was an hour and a half.
Today went for the third and asked if it was going to be an extended time. Was told there was one vehicle in front of me. I waited for and hour in the customer area and then walked around. I saw my vehicle with it hood up and a funnel in the oil spout. OK. Almost done. Wrong. The 3 mechanics were standing by the vehicle giggling and talking. Waited a half our and still no work on vehicle. I talk to a customer who came in after me and he told me that he was in for an oil change and inspection and it took one hour. I went to the mechanics and asked if the vehicle was done. I was told that the oil dispensing machine broke down. Another mechanic was walking by and he said that there was oil on the counter in the parts area. The mechanics went to get the oil and fifteen minutes later the vehicle was finished finally. Then took service adviser 15 minutes to figure out the paper work.
If you want an "express" change don't go here. Unfortunately I have two more oil changes on my contract so I HAVE to go. Would no recommend to anyone.

I wish I could be more positive but the service department really needs to be re-stuctured! Apparently Berglund does not have any interest in good customer service. You can never get the service dept on the phone to schedule and appt. When you do finally get to them they treat you like a fool and seem to be sorry you are wasting their time. Roanoke could really use a quality Ram dealership but, it's "Roanoke". If it were a large enough city there would probably be a better pool of service technicians to select from. Instead we have to contend with a gaggle of apparent High School drop-outs who do not know how to bathe themselves.

As much as I dislike having to go to any dealership for anything, this last trip was the worst. So I took my Jeep into the Ourisman CJD of Alexandria for service. First off, they do not offer a loaner car or have rental car services. They do have a courtesy ride service, but only within what I'm guessing is a 5 mile radius as it cost me $30.00 one way, 6.2 miles to get home and the same to return once my car was ready. Then, the service technician said that they would conduct a courtesy inspection which would include fluid check and top off and tire pressure check and inflate if needed. Neither of which happened as all 4 tires displayed a different psi for each tire and fluids were not stopped off. After watching my car sit in the service exit line for 15+ minutes, I finally asked a guy if it was ready to which he replied "yup, it's been ready". As far the worked performed, from what I could see it appears they simply spliced the wires and taped them back together with electrical tape, not installed new wiring harness and connector as I was initially told they would. I am greatly disappointed and upset with them as should Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge should be for having their name associated with this dealership and their lack of quality service!

We purchased a Hellcat from here and haven't had it for 3 mo. The car was returned 4 times with the engine light repeatedly returning . The mechanic Nando thought we left and we caught him spinning the tires on our car at the gas station.says we overheated the injectors which other technicians say isn't possible without doing further engine damage. we paid a considerable amount of cash for this vehicle and seem to have purchased a defective unit. we reached out to the General Manager to address our concerns and haven't received a return call. and the operator constantly says he is busy no matter what time of the day you call. Regional Manager next.

Very disappointed in the service department. We took our Fiat in to figure out why the break light would turn off and on while driving. They told us it was a sensor and replaced it. We took the car home and that didn't fix the issue. They didn't even check to see if that fixed the problem before having us take it home! When we contacted them they said to bring it in again. We brought the car back and they said "must be a loose wire, Sorry" 🤷. Soooo they replaced a sensor that didn't need to be replaced and didn't fix the issue I took it in for. $600 later and nothing is fixed. What a joke.

STAY AWAY FROM WILLIAMSBURG JEEP. I recently relocated to Williamsburg from Sedona Arizona. I have a 2019 Rubican Unlimited and recently the power lock switch on the passenger side quit working. I called and made an appointment at Williamsburg Jeep and brought it in to get checked out. While it was there I also got the oil changed and tires rotated. About 6 hours later I get a phone call and the service agent tells me they cannot cover the power lock switch under warranty and he quoted me $450 to fix. When I ask why this is not covered under warranty he tells me the tech said I had installed an aftermarket wire harness. I told the tech the only thing I’ve ever installed on my Jeep is running board. Aside from this it is totally factory. After I explained this they then told me that the original dealership probably installed it. 🧐. I asked them to check the service records, nothing... I called Bill Luke Jeep in Scottsdale. The service agent called me back and said they’ve never replaced the door wiring harnesses on their new Jeep’s.

Sales experience was not great. Salesperson drove me around in a beat up 20 year old Jeep Cherokee to look at vehicle in a remote lot and cussed a lot. Finance guy wanted to play games with the interest rates. Service department was initially pretty good until the last time when they tried to charge us for the “complimentary” rental for a safety recall. It took them a couple extra days longer to get the parts in than we were originally told and they said we were responsible for the rental charges for those extra days. It took over an hour and escalating our complaint up the chain to get the charge dropped and they stated we wouldn’t be eligible for a “complimentary” loaner again in the future. No problem because we’ll never be back.
