I have had several visits to this dealership for service on my Toyota. They are very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate my schedule for routine service. The waiting room is small but comfortable and the staff in the office who take your payment are also very helpful and friendly.
I have been used several other dealerships throughout the years and Gloucester Toyota might not be the biggest, but it is my favorite!

I scheduled an appointment via the website. I was greeted upon pulling in to the service department. We reviewed what would be done for service, and I was given a 1.5 hour timeframe for when my car would be finished. I received a call at exactly 1.5 hours later from my scheduled appointment that my car was ready. Overall, it was an excellent first time service at Bill Page Toyota Service Department. I have used this dealership for my new Camry's included 2-year maintenance. Toyota paid the bill, but I did receive a bill of service every time. So I had the itemized cost of the service
After the 2-year expired, My daughter brought the car for an oil change and was charged way over $100. I wondered what kind of oil change would cost over $100. So I sent her the old bills and she found out that she was ripped off. Her bill had the same line items but much higher prices.
The Camry is due for another oil change. She did not want to go back to Ourisman again. But Ourisman sent us a $35 Loyalty Gift Card. So I sent her back to Ourisman again last week. She was once again quoted the $100+ price and she walked out. I chatted with a Michelle Jones and was told an oil change should be $72.81 all inclusive.
My daughter brought the car back in today and got the $72.81 oil change. The dealership refused to honor the $35 Loyalty Gift Card, saying there is a $100 minimal spending restriction. My daughter pointed out that the $100 restriction is not stated anywhere in the terms of the gift card. A Mike Hillyard brought out a gift card mailer that contains a $100 restriction. I told him that I am 100% sure this is NOT the the mailer my gift card came with. He blamed me for not listening and would not talk to me anymore. My girl had enough and just paid the full price and left.
Upon close examination I figured out why I did not recognize the pamphlet at all. Their mailer is from a different Ourisman: Ourisman *FairFax* Toyota! Ourisman Fairfax's term states: "Cannot be redeemed for cash. Must be presented at time of transaction. Valid in Sales, Service, and Parts for one transaction only. $35 off any purchase of $100 or more at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota. Cannot be combined for other offers or discounts."
The terms printed on Ourisman Chantilly's gift card is identical except it does not have the "35 off any purchase of $100 or more at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota." part. Apparently the Chantilly dealer misprinted their gift card and borrows the Fairfax dealer's mailer to fend off the customers! I have photos to back up my story. Let's see how Ourisman Chantilly respond.

I had bought a tailgate extender off a guy for my Tocoma. He had all the hardware but didn’t have the template to where to drill the holes. I thought that Persons Toyota will have them laying around I’m sure. Boy was I wrong! They didn’t have or sell them because they come in the kit when you buy the extender. I was a little upset until the parts guy (Tony Vanes) took his time to help me with this problem and he found some instructions as well as the template. Now I can put my extender on right thanks to Mr. Vanes

I’ve (somewhat unfortunately) had to visit BMW of Fairfax Collision Center several times over the past 18 months to have various body damage repaired. Every time the experience has been beyond phenomenal. While the quality and timeliness of the repairs is excellent, what really stands out is the customer service. Whether it’s been to push my insurance company to authorize having the car repaired the right way (rather than the cheapest way) or helping me deal with the results of my own inability to drive without bumping into stuff, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I normally wouldn’t look forward to visiting a body shop, but I always enjoy visiting the BMW of Fairfax Collision Center...BMW of Fairfax’s regular service center could definitely learn from them. Ian and Henry have both helped me, with both being excellent!!

No customer service - disappointed
It took 3.5 weeks to repair a bumper on my 2018 GLC Mercedes. In that time, not once did they call me to update me. When we tried to call them we would often have to call 2-4 times before someone would answer - we found very quickly that leaving a message did not work. The excuse for not getting the fairly common part was that it was ordered from Florida and the hurricane delayed shipping. Actually we brought the car in at least a week before the hurricane. Was there no other part in the whole country that was not in t he hurricane zone? At the very least, you would think they would call me. My husband had to take over calling because I was so frustrated. He found out that the car might be available today - when we got there and I told the manager that we had not received a call he turned to the secretary and she said she was going to call us. I had to laugh. The work on the car is ok but if you expect even a tiny amount of customer service, don't go here!

The service department is horrible. On two occasions for regular maintenance on my wife's Prius they didn't not top off oil but marked on the chart that the oil was checked and full. It was not checked and it was low on oil. Fortunately I don't think the engine is burned up. On a second occasion I went in to have a key made and the service representative was too lazy to check whether there was a chip in my key or not. He claimed there was and it would cost $130 to have a key made. I called USA Toyota they said there was no chip and it cost $3 to have a key made at the hardware store. The dealership is horrible I wouldn't trust them further than you could throw a wet paper towel

I would like adjust my review. The general manager of the dealership got involved and reviewed the facts. The dealership stepped up and submitted the timeline to Toyota and they have agreed to fix the transmission as a warranty claim and absorb some of the labor charges so I had no out out of pocket expenses.

Beware the unadvertised $100 diagnostic fee! While not an uncommon fee, this is the first shop I've ever worked with who didn't advertise it, didn't mention it during scheduling, and didn't mention it when discussing service with service tech. When I suggested they not charge me if they didn't communicate properly I was threatened with a lien on my vehicle. There are other shops who do the same work and in a more professional manner.
