After the vehicle purchase (2016 Camry XSE) I was assigned to Lexis (Hall) she explained the service schedules and what each one entailed, I appreciated that and she didn't have to do it. Months later or as a particular service was coming due I had a few questions about the service that I'm sure she told me but forgot, emailed or called her and she politely answered my question/s. Some service reps. at other dealerships are nasty and don't want to talk to you or give you a short answer but the service reps. at Casey did not do that and are very nice. Thanks guys

I would like to compliment Rene Palonca for his professional courtesy and care shown to me these past 2 days while they worked on a leak to my power steering line. Rene showed so much care and compassion, that it was over whelming. He came to the lounge and checked on me many times and then went over the cost estimate before they began the work. He was just awesome. He is the main reason I continue to use Checkered Flag to service my car. I also compliment Bryan Parks, Valet, for the care he showed to me when I first pulled into the garage. You all should be very proud of Rene and Bryan.

I have visited Leesburg Toyota on Saturday for my normal oil change. I was surprised with timing. , since I did not have an appointment they told me it will take 2-3 hours. But I got my key in an hour and 15 minutes. I used to take my car to Fairfax Toyota for 7 years but they disappointed me in last several times. When I came to Leesburg Toyota my expectation was not that high but really like the quality and timing. I will be coming to this location for my maintenance and new car. I will refer this place to my friends and family to service and buy their cars from this location.

I have been a loyal Toyota owner for many years, and I have always had my vehicles serviced at the Toyota dealership on Pantops Mountain here in Charlottesville, VA. When Flow took over the dealership, I was thrilled because of their reputation for great service and customer satisfaction. From excellent mechanics like Kyle and Seth, to stellar customer service representatives like Amy Phillips, I have to say it is a pleasure to take my vehicle there for routine service. Also, I wouldn't think of purchasing a Toyota from anyone else but Leslee Parsons who has gone the extra mile for me in the past. Flow Toyota has a family, friendly atmosphere which is evident from Charles the courtesy van driver who will take you where you need to go while your vehicle is being serviced, to the service and sale managers who make certain everything is running smoothly. I have been a long-time customer of Priority Toyota (Celica, 4Runner, Corolla's and RAV4). Always had a great experience until recently with a customer rep who seem new to me. My trim was lifting off my roof and I needed them to place it back into the chamber-waited two hours and was told I did not have a "wait appointment" and it would be awhile (I always make sure I get an appointment that they know I am waiting as there are only a few of these given to customers each day). This issue lies with training the call center service reps, not the mechanics! Any work that I have had done has been top-notch! Since being a Priority Toyota Customer, I have always been kept up-to-date of the status of my car. During my last visit I was sent an initial text and 2 hours later I was still in the "Welcome" stage of the app. I approached Christian and asked if I needed to take it to body shop, or to give me an update. Christian stated that they would probably need to replace the trim. At that point, I asked for him to bring me my car and then asked for the manager and thank goodness for Jose! I recommend that if you have a question to see him. Spoke with him about the situation and Jose asked for my car to be brought to the front, went out and placed the trim into the chamber that had lifted, but told me I did need to order the other side, so I did! I did not have any more time off from work and when the part came in, Jose asked that I swing by and the part took less than 15 minutes to install and I was on my way. I was not looking for any kind of special treatment, but my time off of work is money for me and when I feel I have done my part, scheduling the correct appointments, showing up on time, then I expect the same in return. Jose was professional and apologized for the wait and communication problem. Priority still has my vote and as I begin looking for another vehicle in the next year or so, you better believe it will be with them! Thanks, Jose!!

I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair and made an appointment on their website. They kept my car all day, never updated me on the status -- I had to call three times during the day and each time they told me the tech had still not found the problem. The actual reason? They never looked at my car. I was told the first service guy went home sick and a second one was responsible. When I called the second time they told me he had to call the sick guy and he would call me back in 10 minutes. This was after they'd had my car for 8 hours. I waited 20 minutes and called again and was told the person who was supposed to call me had gone home. I got to the dealership 15 minutes before closing to just retrieve my car and they first couldn't find the keys then couldn't find the car! Took about a half hour before my car was retrieved. I then took my car to Koons Toyota in Tysons. Their hourly rate was significantly lower, they fixed my car in two hours and it's worked fine since.

Worst experience with a body shop I’ve ever had. 5 months of time to still be left with paint correction I’ll have to pay for out of pocket because I refuse to let them put their hands on my truck again. First trip in was 4 months of being told they were waiting on a windshield. Finally was called to pick up and there was more damage to the paint of the truck on the passenger side that wasn’t there originally, damage on the driver side they still hadn’t corrected, bad installation of parts, overspray on all windows and seals, left out snaps to hold seals in place and to top it off hadn’t even installed the windshield but definitely had already included in the bill. Fast forward another month and it’s finally ready again after they repaired all of the issues they caused. Now the badges are falling off and still hadn’t removed the overspray from windows or seals. Badges were ordered and a week later replaced now I’m left with paint swirls covering almost the entirety of the passenger side that I had not seen when I picked it up and paint swirls around every badge they replaced. Seal on passenger door was reinstalled poorly and leaked until I fixed it myself. Now after correcting the overspray on windows myself I’m still left with overspray on bed liner, over spray on almost all door seals, and a ton of paint swirls to pay to fix out of pocket. If you have a choice take your vehicle anywhere but here.

This list is very long. They get high marks on sales (John Fano is great), but their service sucks! I have bought 5 cars from Berglund, but I will never buy another one! They don't stock tires for their hybrid cars. I've had 2 flats in 2 different hybrids, they didn't stock the tires for either car I had to order 1 from the internet! They only have ONE hybrid certified technician! (REALLY, JUST 1!) So if you need service on your hybrid car when he's not there, as I just did, you have to wait until he returns (even if the service isn't on the hybrid part of the car, mine was gas lines and fuel tank). I brought the car in on July 9 and picked it up on the 28th! The Service Manager (Wil) promised to keep me informed, I never heard from him unless I stopped by, until the car was done! Then, to top it all off, they stopped giving the senior discount! I did some research on them, they only have a 2.5 star rating for service! I'd never be happy with a rating like that in my business! How can they sleep at night! Oh, I know they're rich and they can afford sleeping pills! Bye bye Bergland, I'll not be back!

I’ve (somewhat unfortunately) had to visit BMW of Fairfax Collision Center several times over the past 18 months to have various body damage repaired. Every time the experience has been beyond phenomenal. While the quality and timeliness of the repairs is excellent, what really stands out is the customer service. Whether it’s been to push my insurance company to authorize having the car repaired the right way (rather than the cheapest way) or helping me deal with the results of my own inability to drive without bumping into stuff, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I normally wouldn’t look forward to visiting a body shop, but I always enjoy visiting the BMW of Fairfax Collision Center...BMW of Fairfax’s regular service center could definitely learn from them. Ian and Henry have both helped me, with both being excellent!!
