I do not recommend this dealership. Less than a month after purchasing a used car here, I incurred a $2,800 repair bill for damages and services. The salesman had incorrectly assured me that these issues would be covered for free under a Polestar warranty. The sales process was high-pressure; the representative required me to submit my financing details before authorizing a test drive. Even after providing my information, I was only permitted to sit in the car, as they stated they did not have time for an actual drive. Also, the car was disgusting. Would recommend at least cleaning the vehicle before selling it to someone. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
