The technician Zach took a video about the health of the Accord too which was very helpful. I wish more dealerships were like Morrie’s. Will definitely be back!

Had frame replaced on 2008 Toyota Tacoma what a disaster. Loose parts, uninstalled parts, grease all over interior when I picked vehicle up. Damage to vehicle front drive line, most wiring unsecured with lots of broken or missing clips. Truck was not aligned properly after frame installed and wondered all over the place. If you need a frame replaced or maintenance you should try elsewhere. The absolute worst!

I have been a Honda City customer for 20 years. I have purchased 7 Hondas (4 for my children) over those 20 years. I have always taken our vehicles there for service, even oil changes. Of all the cars we have purchased, only one was a bad purchase,(Honda Accord 2009) but that was a manufacture defect, in which I got a recall letter 3 years after the fact. Even though we were 65,000 miles over the warranty, they fixed our car for literally free. Having said that, we had service there on 11-13-19. we went there for 4 new tires and the alignment. Our service person recommended we get the fluid flush as our car turned 5 yrs old. She also said the brakes were worn, so we got that done also. 2.5 hours, just like she told us. We might pay a tad more for labor and parts, but Honda City has NEVER done a service job where we had to comeback for a fix. That's 20 years. There is no price you can put on piece of mind.

Drove my can thru a construction site on 41 to get to Vans. They were cutting concrete with a diamond bit saw which us cooled with water. This made a mist that I drove through. I turned on my washer and wipers and removed the dirt. Arrived at Vans and had my our changed. On the way back home I drove through the same site and again had to clean my windshield. WHAT? No juice... Had to bring it back in to get th hose put back on .Hoses do not come off by themselves and the cost was xxxx high.

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by.
Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work.
Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle.
Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time.
However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion.
I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer.
Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences.

I called to have my new Ridgeline serviced. After navigating through the first set of phone trees, I got a human who then transferred me to Honda Service. After waiting for the phone to be answered, I hung up after ring 15. Doesn't fill me with confidence, and I will be going elsewhere for service.

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Also a special thank you to Mike for fitting in my car with your busy schedule. Simply amaizing experience.
