I always have a good experience at the Mercedes Benz of Burlington with TJ, He is always great and very passionate about what He does yet so professional but my recent visit I met with TJ and told him about what I needed to be done, he called on Alan Doumanian to help me but I believe Alan is the best asset Mercedes Benz of Burlington has had as a staff, very polite yet so professional, empathetic and understanding, with the best problem solving skills, He executed my concern in a responsively in very timely manner, He offered 5 star customer care service to me and He did it with so much ease but to perfection. He brought the Tiffany customer care service to me as He out did himself. I could not be any happier with Alan and the whole group in general.
