Wonderful overall buying experience. Never felt pressured at anytime. Answered all of my questions. Gave me a great price on the car I was purchasing and on my trade-in. Very respectful of my time and did not inundate me text messages or calls while making a decision to buy a new vehicle. Took the time to walk me through the new car and set up the features I wanted and turn off anything I did not want on. 10 out of 10 experience. I’m a very happy customer.

Most ineffiicient purchase process I have ever seen. We arrived to find ou they had screwed up all of our paper work which took them 90 minutes to rectify, After another 90 minutes of waiting around we found out that they had not even provided the needed information to our insurance company. We had to call ourselves. The sales manager tried to blame our insurance company instead of them dropping the ball not once but twice. Nobody from the dealership trhought to call. I am hoping the service department is better but I woud stay away from sales. They are simply awful.
