Had a great experience working with methuen CDJR, I needed a new car because my car was totaled in a car accident and they were super helpful throughout the journey and extremely patient with me while I was dealing with issues with the insurance claim. They also stayed late to meet me and were available over text/phone call for any questions or concerns I had. They also delivered the car to me since I had no ride to the dealership and they didn’t want me to have to pay for an uber. Highly recommend

Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!
