I’m very picky. First I submitted the finance application online, then compared it with my bank. Their finance person explained everything clearly, no scare tactics, and gave me time to think. I ended up financing with them but never felt pressured.

The service department does well ,Just wish I didn’t have to wait to long.And when your car has to be held cause it takes time to fix there should be a loaner car opposed to have to rent a car at your expense.

I wrote a review a week ago, got an email and called the number and spoke with Jaime. I told him about my experience with the service department and he said he would check on this and get back to me. Well, I heard NOTHING. So the service department is terrible and can put you in danger taking your car there..... and the customer service department doesn't care either. The worst dealership!

Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Service Dept. is a Travesty! Lying thieves! Stay away!!! I bought a used 2022 Terrain from them which seems Ok. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. They talked me into a 30K maintenance, which included a wheel alignment. Since my "Check AWD System" light had come on I thought an alignment might be a good idea. In addition, They did a dirty cabin filter replacement, which was NOT included in the 30K listing (additional $140). When I went to check out the alignment was not listed on the bill. When I asked if it was done, I got a blank stare. They never checked the AWD. I feel I was lied to about the service being performed. A blank stare and a $775 bill. All prices were made up on the fly and were negotiable. They tried to charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. My first and last time at that joke of a place. Never again.

I bought a used Focus from Sholz in August '05. I had left a number of contact requests to dealers found via the internet's used car listings. Few of them answered at all. But Sholz did, and that's one of the reasons they got my business. Manager "Jack" was very helpful, and he was more than happy to let me take the car for a long test drive before buying it. Also the service department was very nice and helpful in trying to fix a noise problem I had discovered in the car.
