This is one of the worse dealership and service department. Took my wife’s 2023 Q5 Sportback in for an inspection, oil change and audio system service. Spent 5 hours there for them to present a bill to repair the subwoofer on a vehicle that’s still under warranty. Asked to speak to the GM, who never came to see my issue. This was my wife’s 4th and probably last Audi. I would rate the sales representative, service manager and GM at the bottom of the star list, the worst!!!

Audi of Huntington, NY and Audi of America are the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new 2025 RS3 from Audi of Huntington. The dealership failed to complete the PDI, left the transport blocks on the car, sold it with the alignment off and delivered the vehicle with stolen puddle lights. When I returned the car to have these issues corrected, Audi of Huntington damaged the vehicle while it was in their possession. After months of going back and forth with the dealership, the damage was only partially repaired and the alignment is still off to this day. I then contacted Audi of America for help but they ignored a loyal customer and offered no assistance or resolution. This is only part of the story of what happened between me and the dealership. To anyone considering Audi, think twice before purchasing a brand new vehicle from them. Once the sale is complete, you will find yourself without any real support from either Audi of Huntington or Audi of America. And if you have an accent, be prepared to be pushed around by Audi of Huntington.

Lease agreement - Audi customer

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

I've bought a few cars from this store and their Lexus store up the way. They are extremely easy to work with. As someone who is well versed working in the car business i can confirm Each time they exceeded my expectations. Nestor reminds me of myself , calm listens extremely well and works to solve a problem. This is paramount of any salesman as selling a car is literally by definition the same as solving a problem. The general sales manager George was super kind , extended courtesy and eloquent in conversation. The finance department was swift , informative and kind. Checks all the boxes! Thank you Audi of Smithtown!
