Having gone through the process of buying a pre-owned Subaru Forester from the RC Lacy dealership recently, I'd like to say my expectations for things to go well were positively met and exceeded, start to finish. Communication clarity, courtesy, accessibility and attentive follow up were some of the sales team's chief traits. Cost factors were well-defined and put in writing pressure-free to take home to review. Most often I dealt with Jake Robinson who handled the sale, and I would like to commend Jake especially for his attention to every detail and his level of customer engagement including patience with me (which I needed, this being the first car I've purchased since 2003). Finally, Sales Mgr Fred Hayes and his whole team clearly reflect Subaru's high bar on honest customer service. The real deal. By the way, the Forester I bought is a gem.
