Recently needed to close out a lease and get a new vehicle. Unfortunately I ran into some health issues while this was taking place which caused me some stress. The owner, Mike Smith, and our salesman Eric Goodwin helped me out by making sure they held the vehicle I wanted until I recovered from surgery AND they gave me a great deal besides. Purchased a new 2026 GMC 3500HD from Larry Spacc GMC in Dunkirk NY. Traded in a 2025 Chevy silverado 2500 HD . after repeated attempos to get vehichle payoff info to M&T bank onb trade in, I have been given nothing but a run around. The transaction to sell went very good, but now it is going bad. I have been trying to get this resolved, M&T bank are demanding multiple payments plus interest/late fees. was told some onle was handling it, and no longer with the company. reached out to Larry directly,he promised to call .Which didnt happen.NEED this resolved!

Brand new 2017 acadia, less then 1 yr old. Less then 800p miles Brakes squeall like a school bus. APPT 1. I'm told the need to change brake pads. Ordered pads will be 8n nexr week. They never called me. 2 weeks after initial visit. I call them tell me parys Just came. Bring on your next week. APPT 2 Take car in they tell me GMC policy JUST chg. No new pads. They turm rotors. Next day brakes squealing. Told me to bring car in next week. Today was next week. Tell me pafs need replacingI would have to pay. I refused They then said they'd split cost 50/50. I refused. Now in GMC MEDIATORS HANDS.
