I met Jarrod upon arriving for my first Service appointment. He transitioned me in smoothly. Closed out my stay by explaining the services performed along with costs. He answered all my questions with patience and warm demeanor. The Service area is a bit congested, but it was busy.. that’s the way it gets. Everyone is willing to assist with any questions and/or concerns. I will return for next scheduled service.

The experience is always good but this is the second time the tires were not inflated equally . I almost had a flat when I had the winter tires put on last fall . Can you please check this each time for accuracy? 35/35/35/38 . Today when driving , it was obvious the tires were uneven. Thanks !!

Mark Mcbride was again so helpful when I brought in my vehicle. I called with a dead battery this morning and he advised me. When I brought it in, it was fixed in under an hour and he ran it through the car wash. He checked 2 key fobs to make sure they were charged. He always tries to get us the best price and schedule me when I can have a loaner. I asked my husband is there anything you want to tell Mark and he said , " No you're in good hands." If companies try to steal your employees don't let this one go! In addition the whole team there is equally amazing and I enjoy receiving the videos taken when you fix my car. Cindi F.

Erica, my sales agent, was friendly, patient and attentive. My kids actually loved the vehicle. Oh, and I believe I paid a fair price. Otherwise, I am fairly disgusted with Benedict. I live 40 minutes away, and Gordon didn't bother to really check on the vehicles I called about. It was two hours between our phone conversation and my appointment, and when I arrived he told me one of the vehicles actually sold the night before. I return the next day thinking I am going to complete a purchase with Erica only to discover a bank transfer (on my end) hadn't gone through. Again, 40 minute drive over, I didn't know what to do. I am discussing financing and personal options with Erica when Paul appears. He introduces himself as the sales manager, and he tells me to call if I have any questions, literally dismissing me from the dealership. Banking all settled, I return again the next day, and this time it's the warranty lady who merely grunts an "Ok" and walks away when I decline purchasing a warranty. No "Have a nice day," no "Are you sure?" Just nothing. Erica and I finalize my sale, and Erica walks me out to my new car. Paul, who is across the room, never acknowledges my existence. He doesn't approach me, he doesn't thank me for my business. He cared enough to kick me out when he thought I didn't have any money, but can't lower himself to shake my hand and appreciate that I came back and gave them my business. As for the vehicle itself, it hadn't been gone through, touched, detailed since before quarantine. The only thing they did between my test drive and purchase was clean off a bird dropping. The fluids weren't topped off, and the gas tank was at half. There are even a couple specks of paint chipped on the hood (most dealers would have touched that up). It's a 2019 so everything's relatively good, anyway, but the old-school buying a vehicle (even used) and feeling like you came straight out of the factory is apparently not a thing anymore, at least not with this dealership.

Just recently bought a brand new Outback from them and the whole process was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I stepped in the door the sales staff treated me with respect and understood my wants and needs. Anthony was the salesman and did everything phenomenal. The finance process was also great. Like every dealer they go over extended product and the finance manager Dominik I believe was his name was professional, explained everything in great detail and gave me tons of options to consider. Not once did I feel pushed to take a product or did I feel I was getting ripped off. I declined some of the product and he didn’t try to keep selling everything. I trust Subarus but the computers scare me! The dealership was clean, the managers make you seem like family and you aren’t just a sale. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to come here and I’ll definitely be back for service. Thank you guys again for making the car buying experience not a pain. I came here due to my best friend recommending me to come. She bought a used rav4 2 years ago and continues to have great service.

Dear Subaru, As my wife Bonnie and I contemplated our future move to the Phoenix area, we knew we wanted a new Forester Touring in order to enjoy our ride across the country. We are, however, saddened by the fact that we will no longer have the comfort of dealing with Minooka Subaru when we buy our cars and bring them in for service. Our most recent experience at Minooka Subaru brought us into contact with Sales Rep Chris Corbett. We were pleased, but not surprised, when Chris treated as if we were old friends. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He worked with and for us to create the best deal possible, so that when we were out the door we had a new friend that helped us and made us feel as though we got a great deal. The safety of a Subaru, particularly a Forester, gives me peace of mind. With the Touring Edition, we got a car that has many creature comforts - some of which were unfamiliar to us. That said, Jim Corbett walked us through how to use all of the bells and whistles this car has to offer. We are old and he listened to all of our questions and answered in a way we could understand. He made sure we knew how to optimize the use of our new car and gave us his undivided attention. Jim made us feel like we had another new friend making us feel like family. We were then directed to an office where we met Trish Corbett. She walked us through the credit and financing process, quickly, thoroughly, and as painlessly as possible. Trish also was a delight to work with in spite of working with a new, not yet mastered computer application. I highly recommend everyone I know to, not just get a Subaru but get a Minooka Subaru and become part of the their family, with no requirement to change your last name to Corbett. Kind Regards,

The most dishonest dealership I’ve ever worked with. The salesman told us our car would be in at the end of the week for three weeks straight. After wasting our time for three weeks, we find out they never had it to begin with. What a joke. The communication was terrible and not upfront. I will never do business with this dealership again.
