I had the best experience purchasing my new car from Mark Tribuani at Martin. No nonsense, easy to work with and down to earth. To allow you to be heard by a salesman; who would have thought of that? this gentleman did not just blow me off , he listened, thought and worked with me.My history with pre owned and lack of listening is why I took a break. I am so happy I found Mark on giving a second chance to this entity as a whole. He really helped break things down to help me make the best decision. He took the time to explain the features of the car. I don't think there is anything better than to work with an individual who can be under pressure ; yet still find some humor and continue to treat every customer as if it was his first of the day. I have purchased pre owned vehicles from Martin before, but this experience was way beyond a 5. This was most definitely a 10.

My husband and I had such a great experience with Sophan Son. He was very thorough and helpful. Initially I did lease my Honda Accord. When I went back last year I found out they no longer make them stick shift I had to finance the vehicle because I loved it so much. He was very kind and informative. We will definitely go back for another purchase in the future.
