Jamall contacted me after he saw I had previewed a car online. I responded to his voice mail, he told me what time he would be at the dealership, I got there a few minutes after he left. Another sales associate called him and Jamall came back. Really appreciated the the customer service. He was very helpful. Excellent customer service.

There is a genuine 'connectedness' amongst all the employees with the dealership that I've never seen before. My judgement is that it produces a level of service that clearly speaks to 1) caring for the customer, 2)seeing to it that the performance of the customer's car meets or exceeds the customer's expectations when he purchased it, 3) that the work is professional and equitably priced. In short, Martens Volkswagen owners, sales and service personnel are a team with a philosphy to do good work, to please and more than likely keep that customer coming back... CHUCK LAPINE

Purchased my brand new Atlas R-Line after a total loss and from the moment I walked in the door, Jose, Haben and Mariyia made the whole car buying process quite enjoyable. I had no intention on purchasing a car when I walked in but the rebates made it a deal I couldn’t refuse. I’ve since referred 3 other people to work with Lindsay as they made me feel at home and could trust them to not rip me off. Haben and Mariyia are awesome to work with! Highly recommend them both!
