While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. Purchased a new vehicle from Tri-Star Chevrolet. Absolutely love the vehicle. Don't love the deception and lying that went with it. Sales Manager tells me the car had a nano coating on the paint installed at the dealership and that it will cost extra since it's already on the car. I agree. Sales Manager and sales rep both let slip that the car is having the coating put on while I'm on the way to pick it up. I call them out on it during a phone call after the sale. Sales Manager denies that's what happened. When we are done he doesn't hang up his phone and I get to listen to him for the next 10 minutes tell someone else at the dealership how he lied to me because they wanted to make more on the car. During the call he tells his co-worker the General Manager, and I presume owner(he used their names) wanted to make more on the car and "what was he supposed to do". Confront Sales Manager and he eventually concedes he lied to me. Speak with General Manager and he tries to justify it before also conceding I was mistreated and lied to. No resolution beyond that. Be very careful if you choose to purchase from them.

But just went to buy parts for it today, and told them it was a 2015 Chevy 2500 z71. Lol to my surprise it’s not a Z71 it’s a fleet truck. Surprise boned again. I was talked down to by the General Manager Luke Kim and told "So What? to one of my concerns. Concerns about a problem I was having with their service department, company "policy" on warranty work, not being told the scope of the work PRIOR to the work being done, and the dammage to my gas door. I had to leave and was told they would not be doing the warranty work on my steering box and told me to go to another dealer. That is seriously a horrible way to deal with their responsibilities. Get mad at the person who spent over 50K at your establishment and when I was the one who ended up with a damaged gas door, and no place to take my warrantied Tacoma. Do not trust this place. They have been on the slide downward, do yourself a favor and go elswhere.

THIS GUY RYAN NEEDS TO BE REALLY COMMENDED FOR HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. To rate a place of business 5 stars is saying that they were darn near perfect. Well my visit today consisted of my 3rd vehicle purchased with in a 8 year period. Fortunately this guy named Ryan had sold me all 3 hehicles. Let me say that he has to be the most well manored, polite and very professional at this job. Definitely not a regular car salesman he cares about the customer and what he puts them in to drive. He gets a 5 star rating. Now I can tell you that Charles in the service department is also worthy of these 5 stars with his work of excellence. Great mechanic !! I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer Limited and I love it! The owner worked with me on my trade in even though i still owed money on it and I got a great deal! When I left with my new car, something went wrong with the Ford Sync system. I called the owner, Robbie, on my way back to Pittsburgh and he took care of everything. He had someone drive 2 hours to my house, pick up my car, leave me a reliable loaner and completely replaced the Sync system free of charge. He gave me his personal cell phone number and kept me up to date with the repairs and when it was finished, drove the car all the way back to Pittsburgh for me. Even though something went wrong with my new car, i had no doubt that Robbie would get everything taken care of for me. He treated me as if I was his most important customer and made sure that I was taken care of. The car works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Auto Junction in Grafton WV to everyone looking for a quality car and great customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again when I'm ready to buy another vehicle. They treat every customer like they were family and I can't recommend them enough if you are in the market for a great used vehicle. Thank you, Robbie, as well as everyone else at Auto Junction for everything you did for me to make sure I was taken care of. I love the Explorer and can't wait to come back when my wife needs a new car. You guys are the best!!

I purchased a car through their Bridgeport location, and was originally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were willing to negotiate price and even stayed late to complete the paperwork. HOWEVER, the 2016 car I bought started having issues the first day I drove it, and wouldn't even start within a few days. After getting stranded and several failed attempts to get it serviced (they had trouble accessing the warranty they sold me), I was told the problem was likely a recalled part. I specifically asked the salesman about this recall and he said it had been taken care of, so quite concerning that they either 1) lied or 2) don't have up-to-date info on their own cars. After some forceful phone conversations, I got a free oil change to "compensate" me for the hassle. The service center at their White Hall location was easy to work with, but it took a week to get the car back and it was dirty with an empty gas tank. No one from Dan Cava’s customer service followed up with me, otherwise I would have been willing to negotiate for not giving them bad reviews.
