I took my 2005 SSR in for new tires and an alignment a couple of months ago. My wheels are "reverse-mounted" so they required the technician to have special knowledge when mounting tires on them but they had no one readily available who had that knowledge. Unfortunately, after 4 hours, I could see that my wheels had not be touched for hours after they were removed from my car. I had to get a manager involved before I was given a loaner. I appreciated it but I wonder how long they would have made me wait had I not complained. Also, when I owned a new 2015 Corvette, they had 4-5 service personnel to help customers. The last time I visited them, they had only 2. Either they had reduced the number of service personnel or a couple of them were on leave of some kind. Anyway, b/c they did give me a loaner when they didn't have to, I gave them 4 stars for my last visit instead of what would have been a 3. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention "Jo" my service representative - she had a wonderful personality and was quite knowledgeable for such a young lady. She is definitely an asset to their organization.
