The service here is very good. I drive 40 minutes to get to this dealer and pass 2 major ford dealers in my area to get there. They are thorough, detailed, and very responsible. My recent tire purchase for our Ford Explorer was excellent, and their price with Ford rebates beat Costco! How can you beat that, good service, quality, and best price. Make sure you consider this dealership!

Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for transmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. They said it would be ready to pickup that evening, now Monday, two weeks after we dropped it off. Now Tuesday afternoon and they don't know when it will be ready. We have a premium extended warranty that includes a loaner or rental car. After telling us a loaner would be available in a day or two...no loaner has been provided. We fearcafter all this time, almost 12 business days, it will need a new transmission!!

I contacted the dealer for a CPO 2025 Ford Expedition that looked like a good deal. When I negotiated the price to have it shipped, I wanted to get it checked out by a private inspector, which I did. Unfortunately, there were two issues. First, the mileage was 850 higher than listed on the site because the manager had been driving it around for a month. Second, the scan tool couldn't connect, so they promised to get me a report, which they failed to do. When I contacted them this morning, they told me they had sold it yesterday but hadn't bothered to let me know. I had contacted a transport company for shipping quotes, and I called my insurance company for updated rates. Typical car salesmen. They would sell their own mother for a nickel.

While everybody has been kind, the lack of urgency regarding this is upsetting, and I would not work with them again at this point.
