I want to give kennesaw Mazda , and my sales associate, - Wgillespie

I want to give kennesaw Mazda , and my sales associate, Maged Roushdi my highest possible recommendation.. Everyone I met made me feel welcome, and as a valued customer. Maged assisted my in all areas, and even personally picked up my desired car from a different dealer. He also helped me set up my new CX70, and explained all of its nuances., I had a very difficult trade, and I was treated fairly in all aspects of that negotiation…. The best car buying ecprience I’ve ever had ! Bill G Acworth Ga

From the moment we walked in the showroom until the last - w.sprayberry

From the moment we walked in the showroom until the last handshake was done, we were treated like welcome guests and given the utmost courtesy. We dealt with Asani and Christine, and they were professional in every way. This may have been the fastest car buying experience I've ever had, which was great! This dealership was no pressure, no gimmicks, and was fully competent to handle our buy. We appreciated the hospitality and the experience that was so evident. We would definitely buy there again!

All Mazda Dealers are NOT the same. - Kj

All Mazda Dealers are NOT the same. One dealer I used because of location. Very nice people. But the solution they gave left the potential for another issue to happen. So when my car would not start I reached out to them via their service team text. After a few messages with them, nothing. Silence. So I had my car towed to RICK CASE, whom I have used most of the time I’ve had my 2017 MAZDA MX5! Without an appointment they worked me in and had me on my way within an hour or so. That was not all. They also provided me with MORE than was necessary and at no cost to me. THAT is how you build Brand Loyalty AND Dealer Loyalty. Rick Case Service is absolutely the best in the Atlanta area. Not just because I say it but because they actually treat you like a “customer for life”. And they never talked about the other dealer. Only about being MAZDA. Bam!

I bought a new Mazda from this dealership last year and - sck

I bought a new Mazda from this dealership last year and was promised 5 free oil changes. When I went to use them, I discovered that only 3 had been applied to my account. Since then, I’ve tried calling, leaving messages, emailing the finance manager, and even going in person, but after being told it would be rectified, I never heard back. It’s been three months of follow-ups with no resolution and no response. What makes this especially frustrating is that I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to this dealership for my oil changes, but I did every single time because they asked me to since it supposedly helped with their retention metrics. I did my part to help them, and in return, I’ve been ignored and left without the service I was promised. I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other Mazda dealerships offering the same cars and better service.

I purchased a BMW X3 at Hennessy Buick GMC Mazda of - zg

I purchased a BMW X3 at Hennessy Buick GMC Mazda of Southlake on September 25th, 2018, and I did not pay much attention to the sales tax charged by the dealer. Last month when I went through the purchase invoice and noticed that the dealership overcharged my sales tax by several hundreds of dollars. I called the dealership and Jim Hitchcock from their finance department checked the purchase invoice and agreed with the overpayment. However, he said the overpayment was refunded to me. Never recalled any refund from the dealership. So be careful, or you will pay for their "mistakes".
